"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! One of the best perks was the free bike rental (for 2 hours), it was incredibly convenient for running errands and doing some local shopping. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the location is unbeatable, it's only a 10-minute walk to Maesato Beach. If you are looking for comfort and convenience, this is the place to be!"

"We liked the SPA and the inside pool (the outside pool was closed in the winter, but they still fill it with the water so it looks nice). Especially our baby enjoyed the small slides they have in the inside pool. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which goes on the schedule posted on the hotel website."

"The fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes in the early morning. Hotel staff didn't come out until about 10 minutes later and offered no official explanation. They only spoke in Japanese to the people who had evacuated outside, and then simply said ”no fire” in English. The next day, there was still no announcement, and the staff's handling of the situation was very disappointing. The pool had a lot of leaves and debris floating in it, and cleaning only happened much later. There were no staff members at the pool, so I couldn't ask for towels or request a cleaning. The service really fell short compared to the facilities."

"The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal. Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures. I wanted to see the stars at night, but it was a bit cloudy, so I couldn't really see them. There was also a stargazing tour available at the hotel. There was a small souvenir shop within the hotel, which I browsed and found a variety of souvenirs to buy. I'd love to visit this hotel again!"

"There are 3 different buildings in this hotel, please make sure you choose the ”Misaki Wing”, as it is the newest building and it will face the ocean terminal side. The room is actually not that roomy, however, it is reasonably clean. Floor space is lacking for 2 adults with barely enough room to open two suitcase. However, I would recommend this hotel considering its prime location to the terminal and nearby restaurants. One thing to note is that, if you arrive at the hotel early before the check-in time, the hotel staff would not let you check-in early. Therefore, in the lobby, you will see many people waiting for the official time to check-in, and when the time comes, many people will line-up get checked-in. This is rather a chaotic situation and can be easily solved if the hotel can simply allow guest to check-in earlier. I was there 30 mins early and was told I cannot check-in and need to wait. But it was not a busy season and there are so many rooms in this hotel."

"Location: A bit remote, so driving is recommended. Be aware that most restaurants nearby close before 6 PM, but there are still one or two good options within a 4-minute drive. It's right next to a beautiful beach, and you can book snorkeling/diving excursions there. Service and Environment: The staff were excellent and very friendly. We booked the Villa with Garden View - Non-Smoking, and the room had a lovely woody scent upon entry. However, be careful ⚠️ of insects. The environment is quiet and secluded, with only minor signs of wear and tear. Dining Service: We chose the package that included breakfast, but don't set your expectations too high for it. Overall, I would still recommend it."

"Arrived on a rainy day, but the room view was amazing. However, the room condition wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, and I even spotted a cockroach ^^; But I understand that these resort-style areas tend to have a lot of bugs anyway. Due to a typhoon warning, I spent a lot of time indoors, but the variety of programs and the indoor pool made it bearable. Next time, I'd love to visit on a nice, sunny day."

"The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements. The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel. There are some restaurants nearby the hotel as well which also serve as a very good alternative for dining options."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows weren't the best. The hotel staff were all very good, but there seemed to be too few of them. When we checked out early, everyone was busy in the restaurant, and the front desk was unattended. It took us a while to find someone, even though we had already provided our departure and check-out times during check-in. The hotel has a great variety of recreational facilities, including multiple pools, snorkeling and diving excursions, as well as SUP and kayaks available by the shore. There's also a golf course. Dining at the hotel was convenient, and there's also an excellent certified Ishigaki beef restaurant nearby, plus a good Tri-Mountain ramen place."
