"Great location about 10 min walking from the train station, good staff and the place is clean and tidy. Looks like kind of a chain and that was what I wanted. The room is really small tho and there was no TV. But at least it’s very comfortable and you feel safe. As a solo women traveling I would recommend this place "

"I often asked for sandwiches at 6am, but the front desk didn't inform the kitchen, so I was in a hurry. However, the kitchen staff made them efficiently and prepared a delicious sandwich in 5 minutes. I am grateful. The location is a very narrow and steep slope, so I think it's not good for a big car, but I think that heavy people can't climb it. It's a perfect location because it's a 5-minute walk to the chill restaurant. I definitely recommend getting a room with a view, not the mountain river."

"Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate."

"This hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel. Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck. Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best. Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella."

"這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。 我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。 mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。 游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。 一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。 唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的"
