"設施：酒店房間應該是翻新過，硬件還不錯，性價比很高，價格優勢明顯。負一樓有小童樂園、閲讀室、手工室，很適合親子。 衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。 環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。 服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。"
