"I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team. Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. It made us feel the warmth of family in a foreign country. Thank you for having you. The beautiful Avila and the hotel left us a beautiful article on our journey.
