"The room isn't small, it's clean and tidy, and there's a private underground parking lot. It's a little far from the lakeside, about 500 meters, a few minutes' walk. If it were right by the lake, I guess the price would be much higher. It seems to have been a Best Western hotel before. The breakfast is also plentiful, and it offers good value for money. Overall, I'm quite satisfied."

"L’hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, à environ 10 à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Côme. L’établissement est récent, propre, avec des installations modernes et bien entretenues. On sent une volonté de viser un standing plus élevé, peut-être celui d’un 5 étoiles selon le directeur. Malheureusement, certaines pratiques vont totalement à l’encontre de cette ambition. Le parking est facturé 18€/jour, ce qui me semble exagéré étant donné l’emplacement hors centre-ville et la présence d’un grand parking gratuit pour d’autres usagers (notamment les joueurs de padel). Cela donne l’impression que les clients de l’hôtel sont pénalisés sans raison valable. Le petit déjeuner est très limité pour un hôtel de ce niveau : le buffet est incomplet, certains plats sont payants et doivent être commandés séparément, et il n’y avait même pas de jus d’orange, ni sur le buffet ni à la carte — seulement de l’eau et du lait. C’est loin des standards d’un 4 ou 5 étoiles. Les capsules de café dans la chambre sont facturées 1,50€, ce qui est surprenant et décevant pour un établissement qui prétend offrir un service haut de gamme. Dans la grande majorité des hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles, ce genre de prestation est inclus. Cela donne une impression de mesquinerie, en contradiction avec l’image que l’hôtel essaie de projeter. Le point le plus dérangeant : le personnel est entré dans ma chambre le soir, sans m’avoir prévenu, pour effectuer un « service de rangement ». Je n’avais rien demandé, et j’ai constaté que certains de mes effets personnels avaient été déplacés. Je n’aime pas que l’on entre dans ma chambre sans mon autorisation explicite, ni sans m’en avoir informé au préalable. Cela m’a mis très mal à l’aise. Qu’un ménage soit fait le soir peut être un service apprécié par certains, mais il doit être clairement annoncé ou demandé. J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement au directeur. Plutôt que d’écouter mes remarques, il m’a répondu de manière condescendante, insinuant que je n’avais « pas l’habitude de fréquenter des hôtels 5 étoiles » et que ce genre de pratiques était, selon lui, tout à fait normales. Une réponse hautaine et déplacée, loin de l’accueil et du professionnalisme attendus dans ce type d’établissement. En guise de compensation, le directeur m’a offert la capsule de café à 1,50€. J’espère que cet avis aidera les futurs clients à avoir une vision plus réaliste de cet hôtel. Pour ma part, malgré la qualité des installations, je ne le recommanderai pas. Le service client, l’écoute et le respect de l’intimité ne sont pas au rendez-vous."

"The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind"

"After leaving Paris for Italy 🇮🇹, we landed and were picked up and driven to Lake Como. I had pre-booked this lakeside hotel, which boasts an excellent location. We opted for a lake-view room, and indeed, you can enjoy the beautiful lake scenery right from the balcony. It would be lovely to sip coffee or a drink on the balcony in the summer while admiring the view. While the hotel room furnishings are a bit dated, they are immaculately clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and conveniently, a Carrefour, a food court, and a DM supermarket are just a short walk behind the hotel. We spent some time exploring the small town, had lunch by the lake, and enjoyed a cup of coffee. If you're with a group, you could even rent a small yacht and take a tour around Lake Como to soak in the lake views and surrounding scenery."

"Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness. The location is near the train station and the lake. We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage. We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps.. Will stay again if we're going back to Colico"

"It is convenient to get to the 7 bus from the station waiting, a beautiful place next to the mountains. Many different trees. Although there is a car old building next to it, the car room is not heard. There is a refrigerator, a teapot, a plate and a cup. In the common area on the first floor there is a microwave. A comfortable bed. Out of the room is the exit to the balcony. There are lots of flowers on the balcony, birds sing around, fresh air, mountain view. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There are soft chairs laying on the balcony, on which it is convenient to sleep on the balcony. New shower cabin, bide. Hot water is going well. There's air conditioning. There's a bucket and a warm blanket. Responsible maids. There are lots of places to walk by bus to Como. 11 minutes walk a big supermarket with a lot of goods and products. There is a good choice of finished products in the supermarket. I recommend a convenient place for relaxing rest."

"Hotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay."
