"The beachfront accommodation is beautiful. The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. There's both a cafe and a restaurant, so you don't even need to leave the property. Very convenient and relaxing."

"We had an amazing stay! The camp was brand new and very clean. The beach sand was so soft! We want to thank Joey, the wonderful and attentive Camp Cayla staff who made our stay great. As soon as we arrived he arranged everything according to what we liked. He asked us if we wanted to rent a scooter which we choose to do and he organised everything! In the middle of the night we didn’t know how to turn the aircon off (we were holding it too far away) and he was at our door within a few minutes and showed us how to turn it off. He was always on-site and took care of us well! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. There were some small ants but that’s expected. We had insect spray so it was fine. Negatives: The property is not fenced so there lots of dogs that come very close, this maybe an issue for people that have a fear of dogs or if there’s small children playing around. The bar/ restaurant/ reception area is not ready yet, there is no where to buy food close by."

"Facilities: The hotel is quite old. The breakfast spread was generous. Cleanliness: Decent, though the floor in room 610 was warped. I didn't take any photos. Ambiance: The environment is very good. Service: Okay, but I felt like Chinese guests were treated differently. The staff would proactively offer water to guests from other countries, but I had to ask for it myself."

"Hello. We stayed for three days. We checked in promptly at 3:00 PM. The pool was cold. The apartment layout is comfortable, but the soundproofing is very poor. On the 8th floor, you can hear dogs and loud, strange noises all night long. It sounds like someone is walking around and slamming doors. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Having two bathrooms is also a plus. Overall, it was okay."

"Novotel Rayong Rim Pae is located right on the beach. The beach is lovely, and the sea is clear. The service is good, and breakfast is decent – perhaps not a huge selection, but it has everything you need. The room was clean, a bit older but overall fine and good value for money. There are three swimming pools, making it a great hotel for families with kids."

"The hotel is dated and does need updated. But if you’re realistic with what you can expect from a $80/night and a clean, peaceful quiet private beach, this hotel is a very good one. They are definitely short of staff for the high season. But they try very hard to make things comfortable for you. They fixed the fridge door and bought back in an hour. The front desk staff helped carrying bags and deliver yo your door. They all did extra works. Breakfast is sufficient and up to standard. Thai selections are quite tasty though. Lunch and dinner menus have considerable variety of Thai (more) and Western (less). Simple restaurants close by but if you have cravings for fancier Western food, it’s 40 minutes away. A good location if you have a car."

"I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is great, and all the staff were kind, polite, and service-minded. The hotel layout is well-designed; the walk to the room had a subtle, relaxing fragrance. Inside, the room design was excellent and clean, with a soft bed and pillows. Most importantly, the soundproof windows worked perfectly. Even with children playing in the pool outside, no noise leaked in, making it ideal for a peaceful and quiet rest. My only minor complaint would be about the breakfast restaurant, which required a short drive to reach, but the beachfront dining view was fantastic."

"The hosts were absolutely wonderful! We checked in with my husband and our 7-month-old baby around 9 PM. My husband had an allergic reaction to seafood, and when he drove out to find medicine, all the stores were closed. So, he decided to drive to the hospital alone. I was at the accommodation with our baby and called the hosts to ask for allergy medication. They immediately brought some over. However, I couldn't reach my husband until almost 11 PM; his phone rang but he didn't answer. I was so worried he might have had an accident. The host couple tried to call the hospital's emergency department, but no one answered. Seeing how distressed I was, they offered to take me and our baby to the hospital. When we arrived and saw my husband's car, I felt so relieved. We found him at the emergency department waiting for medication. I was so happy I was speechless, tearing up. I'm so grateful for the hosts' exceptional care! The female host, who I think works as a nurse somewhere, gave us excellent advice about seafood allergies. Before we left, the hosts even told us we could check out whenever we wanted. Seriously, where else can you find service like that? "This is my second time at this hotel, and this time my experience was even better. The room I got was clean and much more pleasant-looking than last time. All the plumbing worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the water. The breakfasts are good, with enough variety, and everything tastes great. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I'd gladly come back again!"
