"My stay at Hyatt Regency Long Beach was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make my visit memorable. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the stunning views of the harbor was such a treat! The location is unbeatable—right by the waterfront and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Long Beach exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"

"I forgot to take pictures. The filter of the coffee machine was very dirty, so I asked the front desk to help me change a machine or deal with it. Then they changed it to a broken one, and then changed it again, it was still broken... The front desk asked me why it was broken... and said they might not have other machines, and she couldn't do anything. So I replied to her: Sorry, this is not my responsibility... So they cleaned the water tank filter that was taken away and gave it back to me."

"Room was spacious with balcony and a small storage room for luggage/clothes next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Free shuttle available for within 1 ot 2km (can't recall exact). The biggest issue on my trip was the spoilt light near my door entrance and the plug nearby was spoilt too hence there was no lights at that part of the room and too dark to work at the desk with only a small table light. The technician promised to change the next day but no action was taken for the 5 nights I was there. Temperature control wasn't working properly too and no matter how I tried to adjust the temperature upwards, it just didn't go up and room was rather cold."

"This hotel is new and has newer facilities, but the front desk is annoyingly overcharging. Ctrip already collects all the taxes and fees, but they'll charge you again if you're not careful. I was also charged $127 in the early morning. When I asked them, they said it was a system error and would be returned at checkout, but it never was. So, be careful with pre-authorizations and read your bill carefully."

"You can see the bay, but the view is not very magnificent. The sea view is a bit expensive and not worth it. The price of hotels in this area is very high, and the price/performance ratio is not bad. Parking charges, convenient for eating around."
