"The hotel service is basically no. I booked a sea view room but was given a corner room. I could only see a little sea view. The waiter said for some reason that he had not received the room fee and charged me again. Although I negotiated and got it back, I never encountered this. For me who stayed for five days, late check-out should be possible, but the hotel just said that the rooms are limited. I am disappointed with Hilton and will not stay there again."

"This was our 2nd year of attending Dark Harbor. We had a larger room this year with a harbor view. The negative things were the amenities. Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room.
We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends.
I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers.
Other than that we are looking forward to next year."

The location is unbeatable—right by the waterfront and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific.

"The level of domestic standard rooms, health and environment are OK, in addition to the price is more expensive, others are also satisfied. There are several restaurants nearby that have to walk for a few minutes. Going out is the bus stop 171 bus that can go to many places (conference and exhibition center, beach, shopping plaza, subway station, etc.)"

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices."

The hotel is an American-style villa divided into apartments. It has a good experience and has a kitchen and refrigerator. The front desk staff are also quite enthusiastic. Recommended. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Long Beach.

The room is small and old, facing the street and very noisy, and the nearby bar is still noisy at 2-3 am. The service is also average, parking fee is charged, and the breakfast is very monotonous. The only thing is that the location is good

michaelfengjiaYou can see the bay, but the view is not very magnificent. The sea view is a bit expensive and not worth it. The price of hotels in this area is very high, and the price/performance ratio is not bad. Parking charges, convenient for eating around.

We liked the laundry self-service so much after traveling through different areas in LA for around 10 days. The food for breakfast and daily tea time (happy hours at around 5-7pm) were so tasty. We have to say it is deeply appreciated with a microwave and the whole set of tableware in the room.

Guest UserThe sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor. There are a lot of sounds outside the door. The service is very good. The location is very good and you can see the holiday lighting facilities opposite. The old four-star facilities are relatively old. I will consider staying again.

It's about 10 minutes away from the center, and the surrounding environment is very average. The hotel is unmanned, and no one came to clean the hotel from the four days of check-in to the time of check-out. The style inside is good, very clean, the room is not small, the air is not bad, it's a bit noisy during the day but still quiet late at night, and there are many free movies on TV. The hot water is slow. You can consider using their parking lot. The Bauhinia outside the window is great.

Hotel Royal is a small and quaint hotel in downtown Long Beach. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the shoreline drive to the lighthouse and the Pike outlets. I had an exceedingly pleasant stay at Hotel Royal. The staff, articulately Mario and Jose, were accommodating. There is hot water all day and I really appreciated that. Also free coffee in the morning. It is close to all kinds of good restaurants, and I had no trouble carrying on with all kinds of fun andbusiness.

Loved the fridge and the microwave that came with the room. The only thing that was an issue was the shower water kept coming out. Yet loved the stay and I would come again if the rates were as cheap as this time. The parking was right outside and I did not have to pay. I would have liked more toilet paper but overall the cost and room was alright for the price.

Great location (close to Vons supermarket and not too far from the Convention Centre). But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.

This hotel really saved my life. Somebody was trying to steal my car and I pulled into the hotel and they welcomed me and they kept me safe.They didn't charge it deposit.They're so sweet and kind.And the rooms are clean and spacious.
