Scenic Hotels in Saipan

"The stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, making dining and getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, with good facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well at night. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The experience is 100 times better than the Kensington Hotel next door. Although the facilities are old. The software can be done. The front desk brother helps to take the luggage to the room. The smart toilet is good. The hygiene is very clean. The backyard is directly connected to the swimming pool. The network is very good. The dinner is also delicious. The entertainment effect is full. The environment is beautiful. Love the 4 m deep pool"

"## Service Quality: The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, offering complimentary airport transfers, city shuttles, and booking services for activities. The itinerary planning was flexible and the prices were excellent, making everything so easy and stress-free. What was truly touching was when we booked a fishing trip through him. It was pouring rain that day, and as our boat docked, the owner was there on the shore, holding an umbrella for himself and another one for us. That moment was incredibly moving. ## Location and Environment: The hotel is nestled halfway up a mountain, offering stunning views of the sea, mountains, and lush greenery from the windows. The environment is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the shuttle service conveniently solves any transportation issues. ## Room Facilities and Hygiene: The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. There's also a balcony and a terrace in the room, and the hygiene was satisfactory. ## Value for Money: The hotel prices are affordable, and the activity bookings were cheaper than other channels. Coupled with the attentive service, the overall value for money is exceptional. ## Special Services: They offer car rental services, a small kitchen, drinking water, and even water for brushing teeth. The driver even took us to see the dazzling night sky."

"Good service. There are many Korean staff, so it's very convenient. They also help me to store luggage and make appointments for sanding taxis before and after check-in. They are very kind. However, the amount of sanding taxi fare introduced by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver were twice as different, so it was strange, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities. It's a good place to go for a variety of activities and water play."

"I came to Saipan to participate in the Saipan Marathon and stayed here because I wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Since the marathon meeting was early in the morning, I moved accommodations on the day of the run. However, the weather turned bad after that, and I was unable to participate in the activities I had planned. Cindy, who looked after me, felt sorry for me and suggested other ways to enjoy the day. She also continued to help me with transportation around the island and made reservations for me. I'm so grateful for her hospitality!"

"Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow. Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available). Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach. Service: All the staff were very friendly. However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure. Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold."

"I met many people in Saipan and they were all kind, but the most fun and kind person was the owner of Saipan Shining Star Hotel! He answered my questions and requests right away, recommended Korean taxis, and told me about good restaurants!! Also, the hotel offers pick-up/drop-off service, and most importantly, the view from the room was so good, and the ocean was right behind me, so I could go see the ocean whenever I wanted!!! Plus, there was a market right next door, so I could buy what I needed right away, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Garapan, so there was no reason not to choose this hotel~ And the interior of the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable! It was an environment that I just wanted to stay in Saipan, so I was sad to go back to Korea!! This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Saipan!!"

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."
