"While the facilities are decent, offering kitchenware, a full bathroom, and air conditioning, they could benefit from better maintenance. It's just a few steps from the beach and has a nice view. Regarding the equipment, the sofa bed was a bit dirty and stained. They provide dish soap but no sponge. Furthermore, I disagree with guests being required to take out the trash, otherwise they threaten to withhold the deposit; this should be handled by the accommodation as part of their cleaning service. Although the guy at the reception does his job, he's neither cordial nor attentive! Communication with the accommodation for check-in was practically non-existent, and while it was eventually resolved, they should definitely consider this for future bookings."
