I've stayed at this hotel several times, and each experience has been superb. From check-in to check-out, Manager Xie at the front desk consistently maintained a smooth, yet unhurried and orderly pace, showing genuine care. Manager Lin at the breakfast restaurant also deeply impressed me with her excellent management skills and warm, attentive service. Under her leadership, the restaurant staff worked efficiently as a team, providing enthusiastic and standardized service. The food was abundant and delicious, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The executive lounge was quiet and elegant, and the afternoon tea pastries were exquisite and tasty. The moment I walked in, the petite and charming Li Xinying remembered my drink preference, and a cappuccino appeared before me shortly after – such meticulous and thoughtful service deeply touched me. The room service on the eleventh floor was also friendly and welcoming, making us feel well cared for and looked after, always receiving prompt and considerate help. We absolutely love the atmosphere and service of this hotel; both the initial reception and subsequent follow-ups were very timely and effective. We were fortunate to have made such a wise choice in selecting this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. Even when I'm in Pudong, I make a special trip to stay in Hongqiao. Recently, with the World Cup playing, the breakfast area has a big TV where you can watch the matches. It's so enjoyable to eat breakfast, drink coffee, and watch the World Cup all at the same time. Plus, on weekends, breakfast doesn't end until 11 AM, which is much more flexible than other hotels, so you can sleep in a bit without any problem. Check-in is also very fast. Right outside the hotel entrance, there's a takeout locker, so even if you're grabbing a late-night snack, it's just a few steps away. What really deserves a shout-out is Tom, the front desk/concierge manager. He's warm and polite and even helped me send a package. Honestly, every time I stay here, I find so many good things to praise about this hotel! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The environment was clean and ideal for moving about to different places. There are a few restaurants strung along the stretch making the location particularly convenient also. The greetings of the staff were fairly good and the service was also decent. The staff could have been a little more proactive towards our needs but, nonetheless a decent experience, especially as an international.

This was an absolutely perfect business trip stay. I chose this hotel because it was close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center for my meeting. I was surprised that I didn't even have to leave the Hongqiao Airport terminal. The most important thing is that even though it's in the terminal, the soundproofing is excellent, and it was very quiet at night! It completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, hygienic, and the bedding is very comfortable. What's most worth mentioning are the various services provided by the hotel. From the warm, attentive, and friendly service of every staff member to the detailed management, you can really feel that hotels under the Huazhu Group live up to their reputation!

The accommodation environment was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was abundant. They even offered a late-night congee and side dish buffet. However, the front desk staff member I encountered during check-in wasn't great. They simply handed us the room cards without telling us anything about the hotel facilities. The most important thing was that the room card holder contained two cards: one was the actual room key, and the other was an electricity activation card. This is different from what we usually experience, where both cards are room keys. The front desk staff completely failed to inform us, which meant we couldn't get back into our room after going out. We had to ask the front desk to give us another room card, and this was a real minus point. But this was just one unhelpful staff member; everyone else was very enthusiastic.

I frequently visit Shanghai, and lately, I've been exploring Japanese restaurants and shopping at Jin Hongqiao in the Gubei Tianshan area. So, each time, I try out a different hotel nearby. Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to experience it myself. My experience was actually great. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but there's a bus stop right outside that takes you one stop to Loushanguan Road Station on Line 2, or you can just use a shared bike. The room was quite spacious, with a balcony and a washing machine. The front desk even provides laundry detergent, which is super convenient. The main selling point is the price, especially for someone like me who doesn't need breakfast; booking without it makes it even cheaper, which is perfect.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of local eateries nearby. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right outside. Plus, parking was free and the price was quite reasonable. Definitely worth 5 stars, I'll be back if I need a place to stay again.

Easy to find, about 400 meters from Weining Road metro station, so it's a short walk. BinGu Plaza is right across the street, making it convenient for ordering food delivery and shopping. The bedding was very clean, no strange odors in the room, and the hygiene was excellent – very neat and tidy. For a solo stay, the price was really good value for money, and getting around was a breeze.

I chose a Hyatt-affiliated hotel near Nan Fung City for a business trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Both the service and facilities were well worth the price. They had all the amenities you'd expect, like a swimming pool and gym, and everything was very well-maintained. The room was simple but impeccably clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The common areas weren't crowded, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area for business.

This hotel has a very retro design, reminiscent of Japan's Imperial Hotel, with luxurious elements popular in that era everywhere. Even the elevator buttons feel like a control panel. The room environment is great; wall-to-wall carpeting, which is rare in modern hotels, is a nice touch. The only real drawback is the bathroom, which hasn't been renovated at all, and the shower is still inside the tub.
