The girl at the front desk explained very clearly. She also recommended our route and local restaurants with good value for money. The bathroom is very large and comfortable. In addition to 4 people traveling, it is troublesome to queue up to go to the toilet. Everything else is good. It is recommended to travelers who want to stay in Siena for one night.

The whole house had a nice ambiance, looked luxurious, and had a great location with a good breakfast. Another big problem was that for those driving, parking requires reservations; you must contact the hotel in advance. Their front desk doesn't open until 3 PM, and we didn't receive any prior notice. We stopped before reaching the ZTL restricted area, called, and they said we could drive in, only to find out later that we entered through the wrong gate, resulting in a ticket of about 80!

The bathroom in the first room had no windows at all, and the bathroom that was changed later had a super small air window.
