The real hot springs with unlimited access were amazing! The room was clean and tidy. A major plus was the food, featuring homegrown vegetables and free-range chicken, which could even be enjoyed as a hotpot. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.

Naked Retreats' first foray into South China is definitely worth experiencing! Nestled amidst thousands of acres of tea plantations, with tea mountains all around, the air is incredibly fresh. We even participated in tea picking and processing organized by the hotel – a truly unique experience. The activities for children were plentiful; older kids could participate from morning till night without parental supervision. The staff were also very patient and welcoming with the children. The food at both restaurants was quite good, although the service was slightly lacking during the Qingming Festival holiday when it was newly opened, but this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall experience. I believe it will continue to improve and is definitely worth a visit!

Hygiene: Very clean, the entire hotel is quite clean. Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, a good place for kids. However, there's no convenience store nearby, and it's a bit inconvenient to buy things as it's located in the mountains. Service: Surrounded by mountains, eating breakfast with a mountain view makes the meal even more enjoyable. Service: Aria's service is excellent, very warm, detailed, and responsive.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with convenient parking and complete facilities. Breakfast, afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and takeout are all provided by the butler. The butler, Xiao Jia, is particularly helpful and always available. It was a very good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again.

We visited on Children's Day, which was a Sunday. We arrived around 2 PM and there was a huge queue for check-in. I suggest opening more counters when it's busy, as having to wait in line after traveling a long way really sours the first impression. Once we got to the room, we found a layer of dust on the table when we touched it, and there was still a pair of slippers from the previous guest. There was even sand on the bed. Those were the downsides. On the positive side, the sand on the beach was very fine, and the staff were all incredibly patient and friendly. The hotel's facilities were great for kids, and at checkout, they even asked about our stay and gave our child a small gift. All in all, if the hygiene was better, it would have been a perfect score.

Although only about ten meters apart, you have to walk outdoors, directly exposed to cold winds, which can easily lead to catching a cold. Furthermore, during peak seasons like Chinese New Year, the front desk service quality declines. There have been instances of noise filtering in at night and multiple complaints to the front desk going unaddressed, indicating that understaffing severely impacts the guest experience. 🧾 **Summary:** If you're coming for the private in-room hot spring pools and the extensive water park, it can certainly provide a relaxing holiday experience. Overall, it's very comfortable! The entire resort exudes a healing South French manor style, with white European-style buildings paired with endless lush green lawns. Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos. A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎 The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air. No need to venture far for meals; the hotel restaurant offers a rich variety of light dishes, perfectly suited for babies' dietary needs. Everything from accommodation to dining, play, and hot springs is available in one place, truly making it a stress-free experience for parents.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.

When I went to Xunliao Bay this time, I didn’t expect to stay in such a good hotel. The price/performance ratio is super high. This red sea view hotel is in a good location. The high floors still have unparalleled sea views. You can see the sea even while lying on the bed! The hotel is very clean, the sheets and duvet covers are all new, the toiletries are of good quality, and there is free mineral water. Parking is convenient. I will stay here again next time!

We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
