We were very well served by the restaurant staff, as well as by a young man at the reception, but otherwise we were disappointed by the sense of welcoming the rest of the staff. Some even did not take the demand to answer our goodbye, as this is for people to be welcomed.

The location, just a short walk from Füssen Station, was great. The layout of the room was interesting, with corridors going up, down, left, and right like a maze lol. The room had a mountain-like atmosphere. I was surprised there wasn't a refrigerator... I had lunch and breakfast the next morning at the attached restaurant. They were delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

It is a very cost-effective family in Fussen, with large rooms, good breakfast, good sauna facilities, facing the Hoffen Lake, very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle, the most convenient for traveling with family

Great spot. Clean with friendly staff. A bit pricey. No kettle or coffee in room and no fridge either. Not ideal for if you want an early morning coffee. Great breakfast

The room is very big and clean, close to the business center, very convenient to the train station and Chinese restaurant. I will stay here again. It takes half an hour to drive to Neuschwanstein Castle.

It is a nice location for a walk, but there is a river around it. I was not in good condition and I couldn't use the sauna, but I would like to try it next time. The front desk was kind and some people were hard to speak English, but they responded politely. It was large in a lodge-style room.

Very good resort hotel. The location scenery service is first-class, directly standing on the balcony to see the lake. You can also see Neuschwanstein Castle. It is worth staying at a resort hotel. The room rate includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner.

We had a great stay in the hotel. Nice staff, great garden area with beautiful pool on the outskirts of Oberstdorf. We were not free at the check-in, we had a great upgrade without decent!

Very good location, not far from Swan Castle, suitable for self-driving, beautiful surroundings, next to the ski resort, it is better in winter, but summer is also good, there is a grass-like project suitable for children. The hotel design is very good, clean Neat, rich breakfast!

Good location for stopover close to the highway. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bathroom also only in size and comes with usual amenities.
