Spa Hotels in Bas-Rhin

Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center. Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place. The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

Centrally located, nice hotel with reliable and friendly service. Service at the restaurant on the ground floor was a little slow but great food. Excellent breakfast buffet and great service. Strasbourg and more generally Alsace is beautiful over the Christmas season.

Everything in this hotel is great right from the start. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Petit France with many restaurants nearby and not far from Notre-Dame of Strasbourg Cathedral as well. The room is clean, spacious with comfortable bed. I had three well rested nights here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Great location opposite the U bahn station. Room was clean and had basic amenities but unfortunately the chromecast was not working during our visit. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly hotel and dogs were welcomed at breakfast

Best hotel we’ve ever been at. Absolutely beautiful, great staff, helped us with everything and brought us many gifts!

Juste excellent Recommended at 100% Special mention in Flavian that is great

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Area is more remotely located so you need to have a vehicle for convenience.

I stayed at the Citadines for a work trip. Though a bit further out of the city, the transport system made this of little impact and instead I just reaped the benefits of the wonderful location this hotel is in...super close to some really beautiful walks, which were perfect after a long day. I was able to use the pool a couple times which was lovely, very clean and had such a luxury aspect to it, and the staff member working each time I went down was so lovely and helpful. Room was also really nice, and I particularly enjoyed having access to the balcony to enjoy the views even more. TV was a bit of a challenge to use in the evenings to wind down...netflix (advertised on the site when I was booking) is only accessible through screencasting which made this impossible to use with a basic plan. The only other thing was the AC was a bit of a challenge to use, not sure I ever figured it out..you can't set a specific temperature only up to +3 or -3. This were relatively minor things but definitely worth noting I thought! Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay!

The lady of the reception was very sympathetic and helpful . I could have a meal table for breakfast despite my working hours very early (5h)
