Spa Hotels in Savoie

Great hotel, decorations are beautiful. Spa and breakfast are exceptional. Staff always tried to help. No complains but Two issues: 1. You cannot change a temperature of air-conditioner in your room- it’s fixed 23 degrees and I found it uncomfortable. 2. Room is tiny, it was difficult to find a place even for luggage ( 2 small trollies ). So if you need a bigger space- avoid room 19.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. Maybe we just got a bit unlucky to have a room facing the car park and main gate, and could hear the noise from the road. We were also a bit surprised to find out the spa closed as early as 8 p.m. for a spa hotel, and it wasn't ready at 9 a.m. as it should be open from 9. I guess this hotel will be more suitable for long stays.

Stayed during the week with my 2 teenagers; we really enjoyed the spa and fitness room where we were often alone, which was great! On the other hand, the service left a lot to be desired for an establishment of this caliber. The third bed (sofa bed) wasn't made, there weren't enough towels, and only two cups for three people, which were also too big to use with the coffee machine. No glasses or bottle of water either... We don't have luxurious tastes, but these are small details that can make a big difference!

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et belle décoration, bon éclairage, l espace spa était vraiment top mais nous y étions le 25 décembre avec tres peu de monde... Il y a 1 jacuzzi de 6 place s .... Il manquerait juste un sauna et des transats pour que ce soit hyper parfait

Super location Par contre un ventilateur avec la canicule c'est pas suffisant. No Clim and that is very bad . Francely super hotel and clean The top staff has all levels.
