Outstanding
BBabs21This is our 2nd time to this hotel and once again it was truly amazing. One of us The best hotel we have stayed in and we have travelled all around the world. The service is impeccable and attention to detail superb. Special mention to the staff in the saffron a la carte restaurant who go above and beyond to make you feel special. Also the chateaubriand is out of this world. Would definitely barely highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back.
GGuest UserThis resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on.
What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience.
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience.
Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists.
Clean towels are provided for the beach every day.
The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality.
The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows:
1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable.
2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard
3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)
MMariamNabWe have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.
SSteven KuhnThis hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good.
The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc.
The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music.
Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive.
All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.
GGuest UserI had problems arriving at the hotel on the first day. I had reserved a room for 2 people and paid for it. The worker behind the counter wanted to give me a room for 1 person. if you are a turk from abroad you should not even come near this hotel.
ППавел ИнгликовQuiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.
GGuest UserWhen you inter to the hotel’s reception it is completely disappointing, very old fashioned and bad smelly couches and chairs. Foods are average. This hotel is absolutely not for young couples, it is suitable for families with children, however there is no any entertainment for children. Overall a good option for families with children and low budget.
GGuest UserThis resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
