Spa Hotels in Kampala

Excellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. I am generally satisfied, but not as satisfied as the first time. The hotel has good security and I feel safe staying here. The interior design of the hotel is good, but some facilities are a bit old. The hotel service is not satisfactory. The sewer has been a bit blocked, and it has not been repaired even after feedback. The water temperature is speechless, either very hot or very cold. The speed and attitude of the hotel staff in handling problems are not very good, and they always shirk responsibility.

Belonging to the lakeside resort, the vegetation is very lush, I like all kinds of green plants, the lakeside scenery is general. To be honest, the service awareness of the waiter is general. Because it is a small second floor, very few rooms can see the lake on the balcony.

The hotel's gym is very good, the breakfast is more Indian, the facilities of the house are relatively old, but the cleaning is very clean, the hotel staff is very good, overall good.

A hotel with a story. The whole hotel is clean and comfortable, and there are not many people. The breakfast is very attentive and I like it very much.

- The rooms were clean. - The food was okay. Not bad, not good. - It is surrounded by a market and metal workshops so there is some noise depending on the room during the day but at night the noise is not apparent. - The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good and the rooms are nice but the bathrooms still need further detailed cleaning. The breakfast needs alot of improvement. The staff need good training to fit the standard of 5 star.

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

The need to improve their service, poor customer care at the reception Very high expensive local food no wifi in rooms very poor breakfast, deserve tobe only for locals not international
