쿠시쿠시It was absolutely wonderful. At first, I thought the photos looked too much like AI and doubted if it was a real hotel, but it really is as beautiful and clean as if it were AI-generated. I didn't try the breakfast, but the food was so delicious that I ate lunch at this hotel every day during my two-day stay in Samarkand. The staff at the convenience store next door were also very kind; if you bought fruit there, the hotel would cut it up and bring it to your room. There were also welcome fruits in the room, Netflix and YouTube were available, and I could even take a bath, making it a truly great trip. They speak English well and are incredibly friendly. If I ever go to Samarkand again, I would definitely choose this place.

Денисова ЕленаA bright, new hotel. The reception staff is attentive. The excellent restaurant is both a plus and a minus. Breakfast is delicious and varied. It gets crowded and noisy in the evenings. However, the rooms are well soundproofed, allowing you to relax after a busy day. I'd also like to mention the luxurious spa! The pool, sauna, and hammam are all included in the price, for which I'm very grateful.

I believe the gentleman named AMAZIGEN (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was the best; he helped me call and notify local clients, which I genuinely appreciate. Of course, the other staff members were also great, and the hotel's chef prepared breakfast every day. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

Guest UserI thought the rooms were great, big, clean, the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, I was woken up by banging outside my window as they thought it wise to build furniture directly outside an occupied room, I would have let it slide, if it didnt happen that evening at 11pm as well, waking me up again.
I had to go tell them to stop, which I found ridiculous. I also specifically booked this hotel for the sauna and swimming pools, which were not usable for 2 out of the 3 days I was there. I understand maintenance are required, but it would have been good to be informed.

Anastassia KWonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!

Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.
