"Everything was superb! The staff, the room, the service, the pool, and the breakfasts! The room had a great shower, air conditioning, slippers, and a bathrobe. The main pool is deep, and there's a shallow one for children, with nice sun loungers. The breakfasts were varied, and the coffee was delicious. Location-wise, it's a 30-minute walk to the city center. There's also a very cozy summer garden inside the hotel."

"The hotel's address on the map is incorrect; the actual location doesn't match. All major attractions are within walking distance. Check-in was quick. The hotel is modern and new, with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms have carpeted floors. However, our room faced the street and was noisy. There were welcome snacks (raisins) and bottled water. Breakfast was varied, offering porridge, buckwheat, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits, and other sweets. There was also coffee from a bean-to-cup machine. Unfortunately, we found a moldy muffin. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, and in warm weather, there's a veranda with city views. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! "I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and full of character. The painted walls, intricate golden doors, and regal design create an atmosphere of royal luxury from the moment you step inside. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was decorated in a local, oriental style, with many interesting artistic touches and local vases throughout, both in the room and around the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is tucked away amidst other buildings with no view. Our room was small, and the windows faced an enclosed inner courtyard where a door constantly slammed shut as it was a thoroughfare to all floors. Consequently, there was no view at all. You could easily sleep all day and night in a room like that with the curtains drawn! ๐Ÿ˜€ However, we did enjoy the atmospheric surroundings. The room had all the necessary toiletries, was cleaned daily, and fresh water and tea were replenished daily. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the train station and airport, and within walking distance of major attractions, monuments, mosques, and mausoleums. Registan Square is a 15-minute walk away. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, served on a panoramic terrace on the top floor. We'd like to thank the hotel staff for allowing us to check in early and for their excellent service overall ๐Ÿ™ Thank you for the warm welcome."

"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop โ€“ perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."

"A really good hotel with a great location. Itโ€™s very walkable, about 2 km walk to Registan Square, and surrounded by plenty of markets and local restaurants. Everything we needed was right in the area, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The bed was super comfy and the room felt very cozy, perfect for resting after a long day out. Overall, we loved our stay here and would happily choose this place again. A solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a nice local vibe."

"A wonderful hotel right in the city center, with attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and speak Russian, English, French, and German. There's a varied breakfast served from 7 AM to 10 AM, and a bar with alcoholic beverages. To the left of the hotel is a market, and to the right, a supermarket. It's great to have the option to refresh yourself in the pool, and the hotel provides towels free of charge. The room was clean, with housekeeping every other day. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's a mini gym (treadmill, exercise bike, and weight machine) and a spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi). The hotel guests were mainly elderly French tourists, who were taken on excursions after breakfast and returned in the evening."

"The location is almost too convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. All the attractions in Samarkand are on a straight line, and it takes about twenty minutes by taxi from the hotel to either end of that line. So you can stay overnight, visit all the attractions the next day, then take a taxi back to collect your luggage and head back to Tashkent or Bukhara in the evening. The restaurant and courtyard are particularly beautiful."
