Guest UserThis hotel is owned by Chinese proprietors, and its decor features a beautiful traditional Chinese style. It's incredibly quiet, and the breakfast spread is generous. The surrounding area is lovely, making it perfect for family travelers. Highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively close to the station, about a 20-minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a rather upscale hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are quite enjoyable and won't get boring even after multiple visits.

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. I thought it was close to Shahiddin, but I didn't expect it to be close to the main attractions! Opposite is Xia, then facing the hotel on the right hand side can walk to the Bazaar and Bibihanem and Hazrat, and along the road can also walk to other attractions. (When I took a taxi, I went around the hotel at the back, which made me think it was very remote, but when you figured out the route yourself, you found that the location is very good!)
The hotel is very exquisitely furnished, even the lights on the window sill and the hooks of the curtains have small surprises, and the boss's aesthetic is very good.
It was supposed to be 14:00 in the afternoon, but the boss asked me to check in early, the people were very good!
Their breakfast is also very rich, some local specialty pastries are also delicious, and the fruit is not bad. The waiters are very enthusiastic, that is, the hygiene may not be done every day, if you need to communicate with the other party if you stay continuously.
The most surprising thing is the terrace on the third floor of their home, the scenery is particularly beautiful!

Sonia LakWe had a wonderful stay with my son. The hotel is truly perfect for exploring the city with children. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who were very helpful, efficient, and spoke excellent English – well done to them! The pool is clean and pleasant, the rooms are impeccably maintained, and there's nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. Breakfast on the terrace with a lovely view is a real bonus, as is the hotel's location, close to the main attractions without being right in the center, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend! You can leave your laundry at reception, which is very convenient during a road trip in Uzbekistan!

Guest UserThe hotel is well-located and new, but the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything and everyone. Not a single peaceful night or morning.... There's nowhere to eat at the hotel. I do not recommend it.

Sarah H.We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best.
The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

Anonymous UserThe website's header image was awful; the strange color scheme almost ruined my booking! Actually, it's a very charming and thoughtfully designed hotel with lots of small decorative details. It's very clean and tidy, and the little courtyard outside the restaurant is adorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very close to the various attractions, but taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan, so this is negligible. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. You must try the fried chicken at ”Chicken Express” across the street!

Hotel location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk from Reggiestan Square and Guernemir Tomb.
The hotel is old and the facilities are old, but it is not delayed.
The hotel did not take the initiative to provide drinking water and hair dryers. If you don't want to go to the front desk, you will give it, but I think it is better to take the initiative.
Hotel breakfast is OK, in addition to fried eggs and sausages, the other is basically cold meals.
Reminder! Don't go to the shoxjahon opposite the hotel to eat! This restaurant is not delicious, and there is a 15% service fee, but there is no service! It was outrageous that my bank card was deducted successfully after swiping the card payment, and the hotel said the transaction was cancelled and insisted on letting me pay again, so I paid 180 RMB for a bad meal!

Always my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
