"Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated."

The hotel is relatively close to the station, about a 20-minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a rather upscale hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are quite enjoyable and won't get boring even after multiple visits.

This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too.

It was an amazing stay (if it’s not for the hiccup) with friendly and attentive staff.! However, I booked the place because of its amenities - bathtub which turns out not able to use. I approached the staff and was told, yes, the bathtub’s drain cover are not available and that was natural. So the bathtub is build only to be an inconvenience, to climb over each time to shower on it not for warmth soaking after long day. So, is it worth the money paid? Nope, you can get better price hotel without bathtub. As I said, I booked for its amenities listed on just to made not available.

This hotel had wonderful staff service. The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other. When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member. Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free. In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax. I would like to return to Samarkand. When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

Hotel location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk from Reggiestan Square and Guernemir Tomb. The hotel is old and the facilities are old, but it is not delayed. The hotel did not take the initiative to provide drinking water and hair dryers. If you don't want to go to the front desk, you will give it, but I think it is better to take the initiative. Hotel breakfast is OK, in addition to fried eggs and sausages, the other is basically cold meals. Reminder! Don't go to the shoxjahon opposite the hotel to eat! This restaurant is not delicious, and there is a 15% service fee, but there is no service! It was outrageous that my bank card was deducted successfully after swiping the card payment, and the hotel said the transaction was cancelled and insisted on letting me pay again, so I paid 180 RMB for a bad meal!
