The owners are a lovely couple and their son, they are very caring and communication was not a problem. We used wechat and phone translate to take with the son and ladyboss. They offered me welcome snacks and more snacks after my hike. Breakfast was very very generous and freshly prepared for local dishes with local ingredients. I had a room with 2 single beds which are quite large soit didn’t feel like a single bed, recommended for a solo traveler if the queen bed isn’t available. Water was warm and shower had good pressure. Everything is very clean. Auntie took me to the park entrance with her electric mini truck to help me catch the morning bus. The owner was incredibly welcoming, constantly sharing travel tips and showing us some photos he'd taken. In the morning, we saw an unidentified tree outside, laden with small fruits. After asking the owner, we learned it was a wild panda yew! Apparently, there are many wild yew trees in this area. He even gave us a little educational information about yew trees and picked a few for us to taste. He told us the seeds were bitter and poisonous, so we shouldn't eat them. The fruits were smooth inside and had a slightly sweet taste – a truly delightful experience!
