A mountain stream flows outside the room window; due to heavy rain the day before, the water flow was quite strong on the day of arrival. I woke up to the sound of flowing water and birdsong. A short walk took me to the viewing platform to see the sea of ​​clouds. AAnonymous UserThis is what they call in Chinese a ”minsu” (民俗) which is basically a family run B&B or home stay. It's location is good, located at the top of Baiyingu village. It's also about a 60 minute hike (1.8km) to a great scenic spot called Qixingdun. You can pay more money if you want to stay in one of the top room floors with better views of the village below. One thing that can be improved is the small bathrooms which can be designed better. Also, it can get loud if families are staying because the kids can scream.

After asking the owner, we learned it was a wild panda yew! Apparently, there are many wild yew trees in this area.
