If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

road access to location needs improvement of local facilities,tv is off,hot water for bath is limited(4 minutes). For the atmosphere is comfortable, it is beautiful and the area view is good

Family hotel that we always book from young children to now, hot water cleaning service is very satisfied, strategic location, around many food vendors, cafes and near the lembang market.

It was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.
