It's very close to the exit of Yeogok station. It's hard to make an appointment for a stay in Seoul on weekends with friends. I made an appointment for a cheap weekend and stayed for one night.

A small toiletries kit was given, clean towels were in the room. Bed had the electric blanket switched on when I arrived, and sheets were clean. However, there were stray hairs on the floor and the toilet had some stains. Bathroom was spacious, good water pressure and warm water available. But it still felt unclean, especially when the carpet next to the bathroom entrance was drenched when I arrived in the room. An okay stay for one night.
