First off, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and polite. Seeing that we had both elderly and young family members, they proactively upgraded our room. Once we got upstairs, the hallway was much wider than typical hotels, which instantly made the place feel more upscale. The room itself was large and very clean, and the amenities were of good quality. We even got four complimentary bottles of water, which is usually only two at most hotels. Breakfast was also quite good, clean and hygienic; the rice noodles were particularly tasty. Overall, our stay was excellent and offered great value for money. For anyone visiting Jiangyou, this hotel is definitely a solid choice.

The hotel is located on the right side of the exit of Jiangyou Station. It takes only a few minutes to get out of the station. It is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is very good. There are rice noodles, all kinds of fresh seasonal vegetables, and sliced toast on holidays. There are strawberries and blueberry sauce. The porridge is also equipped with bibimbap. The small ingredients are delicious! The little sister Wu at the front desk is warm and generous, the service is thoughtful, and also recommends the surrounding food and play guides! The stay at the Vienna Hotel was truly exceptional! The lobby was clean and spacious from the moment I entered. The reception staff were incredibly attentive, efficient, and gentle in handling check-in, and they even provided helpful information about nearby conveniences. The room was spacious with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding and toiletries were very clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, making for a very comfortable stay. The hallways and public areas were also very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

This homestay is really comfortable. The wooden house looks at it. The old books and bamboo baskets in the house are also quite tasteful. There are lanterns hanging at the door, and it feels special to light up at night. The terrace upstairs has a good view, and it is very relaxing to sit in a daze. The window of the room is large, the sun shines directly in the morning, and the flowers and plants planted outside look good. There is also a cabin next to it, surrounded by trees, very quiet, suitable for people who want to hide. Stayed for one night, slept well, and wanted to come next time.

Very close to Fangte, we planned to go to Fangte for a day, so we set a relatively close hotel. The location is very good, the hotel service industry is good, Hanting is really good. The service was poor, because two complaints were made twice. For the first time, I went to the hotel at 1:30 pm on Friday. ”The parking lot gate can't enter the front desk and don't deal with it. Security let me go to the property.” At 7 o'clock in the morning on the 16th, security and cleaning were very loud in the corridor early in the morning, and the parents were short. I have children at home who are awakened. Room facilities can also be the service is too bad! Need to be improved!

This hotel is not suitable for people who are sensitive to sound First of all, because the room has some years, I don’t know if it’s the sound of the pipe resonance there. This sound has been going on all night, and you can hear it with earplugs, so I basically didn’t sleep all night. Second, all rooms are on the road, the sound of eating and drinking downstairs, and you can hear it when you close the window. Third, the sound insulation of the room is poor, the bench is pulled upstairs, especially the sound insulation of the sound outside the door, there is a large seam under the door, the street light outside can illuminate the room, so the sound insulation effect of the door is equal to no, the door is closed next door. Anyway, I won't stay at this hotel again, it is not recommended
