GGuest UserOn the first day we arrived at the mountain, we took the wrong road. We finally arrived at the mountain village homestay after walking around the mountain road for more than 20 minutes. The housekeeper was waiting there early and helped us carry the suitcases to the room. The room was a surprise, with upstairs and downstairs, but because we were two mothers with two children, too many rooms were a bit wasteful. We changed rooms on the second night. It was a very large room with calligraphy and paintings, which satisfied the broad field of vision. The nine-square Qingming rice cake for breakfast was delicious. There was also a KTV in the evening, but we found it a little late. The adults and children had a lot of fun with the microphone. It was a great experience!

The B&B is generally very clean, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The owner is very enthusiastic, the dinner is not bad, the taste of the Frog Brother Restaurant next door is unexpectedly good, the breakfast is also rich, there is a slide to play, and the view of the large platform is also good! Unfortunately, I was in a hurry this time and didn’t experience taking the small path to Chenjiapu. Although the village is small, it is nice to stroll around and have a leisurely time!

The guesthouse is located in an alleyway in the old town's Ming and Qing dynasty-era street, formerly the site of Shounian Primary School. I booked a double room in advance, but the owner upgraded me to a suite upon check-in and even personally gave me a gift. The overall environment and room facilities were quite good, exceeding my expectations. However, there are a few minor details I'd like to improve: 1. Bottled drinking water was not provided in the room. 2. The welcome fruit I redeemed with Ctrip points during booking was not provided (I only noticed this when reviewing my booking while writing this review).

GGuest UserI chose the route through Xiaohongshu and booked this homestay on Ctrip. I feel like I got it right. The hygiene is good and the environment is first-class. The room I stayed in and the bar where I ate are both remarkable, just like in a painting. The local chicken soup ordered for dinner was a little lighter, but very tender. Breakfast is in the form of a portion meal, each of which is very small and exquisite. Finally, I would like to praise the owner Wang who helped here. He was extremely enthusiastic and down-to-earth. He introduced us to the history and current situation of Hengkeng Village. He was originally from Jinhua, but he has been silently contributing to the tourism development of Hengkeng Village, which is admirable. He also helped us by the way before leaving. I am really grateful. I will definitely patronize it next time I go. I wish the owner Wang a prosperous business and better and better. Well, I won’t say much, here are the pictures.
