It beautifully preserves its ancient charm with yellow walls, grey tiles, horse-head walls, courtyards, and mossy stone steps. The rooms are poetically named after Song Dynasty sages, such as 'Jingxing' and 'Huaijin'. Its central location within the village makes it incredibly convenient to visit both the 'Couple Trees' and the observation deck. The butler service is exceptional; they contacted us in advance, met us at the village entrance upon arrival, and helped with our luggage. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Staying here feels like living out a slow-paced, ancient painting..."

"Because we were planning to explore ancient villages in the mountains the next day, we chose this hotel in the county town, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and new, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the smart toilet and free parking were great touches. The receptionist was very patient and proactively recommended the thin pancakes and Baixian Noodle Restaurant in the old street when we asked about nearby restaurants. It's very convenient to walk to Songyang Old Street. The soundproofing was good for the price, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bed was just the right firmness. The only minor suggestion: the elevator wait is a little long during rush hour, but it doesn't affect the overall experience."

The breakfast was a creative culinary experience, allowing us to enjoy delicious food while taking in the stunning valley scenery. The garlic roasted lamb for dinner was an absolute standout – truly amazing. The young butlers, both the girl and the boy, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. A special thanks to the porter who worked so hard with our luggage – we really appreciate it! The service was very detail-oriented; they even provided facial towels, which was a nice touch. Overall, I absolutely loved this place!"
