先談衞生，這是入住酒店最基礎卻又至關重要的一點，漢庭無疑交上了滿意答卷。床鋪平整如新，被罩、床單、枕套均無任何可疑斑點或異味，湊近細嗅，還散發著淡淡的清潔香氣，想必是經過專業且嚴格的清洗流程。浴室的牆面、地面瓷磚光亮可鑒，水龍頭等五金配件毫無水漬殘留，馬桶更是潔凈得讓人安心，一次性馬桶坐墊，細節之處盡顯對住客衞生需求的重視。
服務環節，酒店員工展現出極高的專業素養。前台接待人員辦理入住時動作麻利，同時還熱情介紹酒店的早餐時段、洗衣房位置等實用訊息，臉上洋溢的笑容瞬間驅散旅途疲憊。客房服務隨叫隨到，有一晚我加班較晚，致電要求幫我加熱一份熱飲，不到十分鐘就貼心送達。就連走廊上偶遇的保潔阿姨，都會主動側身讓路並送上問候，這般人文關懷，為服務品質加分不少。
設施層面，整體以實用為主。房間配備了寬敞舒適的辦公桌，枱燈亮度適中，周邊充足的電源插座方便隨時為電子設備充電，讓我能高效處理工作事務。網絡信號穩定，無論是視頻會議還是資料下載都流暢無阻。
環境氛圍營造出色，酒店位置遠離喧囂鬧市，周邊綠植環繞，空氣清新。房間隔音效果良好，關上窗户，外面的車水馬龍便與我隔絕，每晚都能酣然入睡。大堂裝修簡約現代，休息區沙發柔軟舒適，搭配柔和燈光，適宜短暫休憩或商務洽談。

The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone. It was very polite to call the floor to get water at noon, and gave two oranges. Overall not bad.

GGuest User這是此次春節出行入住最滿意的酒店。酒店有獨立停車場，房間多，樓層多，衞生非常乾淨，房間裏沒有煙味，這回住的三床房，空間寬敞，早餐在頂樓可以俯瞰文山，早餐種類多，味道很好。價錢性價比高，下次還來！
