The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites. My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms.
