When we checked in, we also sent iced coffee, turned on the air conditioning in the room in advance, the room had a faint fragrance, very comfortable. They even wore a headset and hat when they made breakfast. The fruit for breakfast was very rich. We had seven fruits that morning. The alley is a bit deep, a few minutes walk from the beach and the main road, but quiet enough.

На втором этаже есть балконы.Вкусный завтрак, за 14 дней повторений не было. Расположена на горке, поэтому с океана всегда лёгкий бриз. Немного на удалении от центра, поэтому тихо, бегают обезьяны и павлины. В пешей доступности три пляжа с разной инфраструктурой, две семейных кафешки с местной домашней кухней и соками. Нам очень понравилось.

Good location. It is in beach road and plenty of options to eat outside. Everything is in walkable distance. We had sea view room which gave a beautiful start to the day in early morning. The only thing that troubled me was there was no elevator hence I had to take the luggage through stairs to 2nd floor. The owner helped me as well to carry the luggage. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay as it provides a good atmosphere. They have a kitchen for your self cooking where you can prepare your own food. The hotel is on one side of the road and on the other side of the beach. Sea view rooms are highly recommended. The road rooms are too noisy

There is a mini beach near the hotel, about 5 minutes walk, more than one kilometer to the main beach, or take a sudden car, the room is not small, you can really see the sea view, health, in a few days in Sri Lanka, I am used to it. Breakfast is fruit bread and the like. I go to eat around ten o'clock. I don't even have an omelette. I don't know if it is late, and many ants crawl on the dining table. It is a bit scary, and don't want to Coffee, really the most difficult coffee I have ever tried.

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

Very good hotel, very good value for money, the room is quite big. Going out and crossing the road is Merisha Beach. The clerk is very enthusiastic. It is especially pleasant to have morning tea in the beautiful courtyard.

Небольшой отельчик в 50 метрах от океана. Местоположение отличное. Очень вкусные завтраки, на выбор омлет, скрамбл, яичница плюс йогурт, фрукты, тосты и кофе. Номер очень простой без телевизора, но нам его и не надо было. По вечерам комары, как в России. Ночью, если не закрыть дверь, в номер могут залезть бурундуки и порыться в чемодане и съесть вашу еду)))))). В общем отель хороший, рекомендую
