Great
VVrnakWe were extremely happy with our stay. We were passing through on our way to Florida. The hotel is a fantastic spot to rest after a long drive. Rooms were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area. We were very happy with the receptionist who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and checked us in very quickly. We will 100% stay again.
YYaxiefensitanghaoFacilities: Everything is available, and there is hot water downstairs, which is absolutely necessary for Chinese people. It is very convenient, and the gym is also OK. The parking building is far from the main building, and you have to walk 200 meters.
Breakfast is not very friendly. You need to order food, not buffet style, and there are not so many types to choose from, and the food is served slowly.
Hygiene: 5/5. No problem.
Environment: The side where I live is close to the main street, and it is still a bit noisy. If I can move to the other side, it will be much better.
Service: There is free laundry service every day, which can wash sports clothes, which is very good.
Overall, except for the breakfast parking building and a little noise during the day, there is no problem.
GGuest UserNo problem. Very nice young man at the desk. Outside patio are could be picked up a bit ( full trash can- empty drinks on ledges. Ashtrays full). Otherwise very nice
GGuest UserThis hotel is nice. Staff is pleasant. No one seems to go above and beyond. Most of the staff I encountered were mediocre at best. It's an acceptable stay. No bells and whistles. The location probably makes it a better stay than it would be if it were anywhere else. It's in the hub of everything. Malls, plenty of shopping and restaurants. It's a slight step up from it's neighbor, Hotel indigo. Overall, it was just ok.
CCarrierThe room design is novel and the space is sufficient. I like the bathroom with separate wet and dry designs, which is very convenient. The hotel is located near a shopping mall, about a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants inside. You can stroll around for a while before returning to the hotel after dinner.
JJeffNice for the $$, however, at 345am this truck pulled up outside and from the ungodly noise it made, I was awoken from my sleep thinking something was getting ready to crash into building. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep after that. I immediately complained to night staff and he wouldn't do anything about it or offer me anything for my night of sleep being ruined. Won't be back.
MMandy VestThe people working there were beyond friendly.
The hotel it's self was awfully, missing carpet, stains on walls and floors, wallpaper coming off and I could even see into someones room through the wall.
GGuest UserEmployees were nice/professional. Lvngrm furniture looked 2nd hand in all rooms. We had 2 be moved 2x. Rm 1 smelled smokey, Rm 2 heat didnt work. Parking cost 25% of room
JJoyMy husband was at Kennestone Hospital and the Holliday Express was the only hotel close to the hospital with a vacancy. I was very content with the room, the complimentary breakfast and the easy parking.
