Nice and modest hotel. Suitable for the night before a flight. Free parking. Free shuttle to the airport. A short drive to a shopping center, gas stations, car wash, restaurants, etc.
KR Good, I stopped by on a trip to Sakago. All staff facilities are poor. Those who rented a car ㄱ ㄱ There is a Target Starbucks across the street, and the 1-minute cut target is about 5-minute cut. FR je vous commader ici parceque les gens qui travaille, ils sont tres gentils. EN thank you for your best service. I stayed at this hotel really comfortable :) and your service is so proffesional. i highly recommend someone visit chicago for trip.
GGuest UserI had higher expectations from this place considering the price of the room. From pictures online before booking, it looked bigger. Room wasn't as spacious as thought it would. My biggest thing was how outdated a lot of the things looked inside. A mini boom box was there, super small fridge, tv with no option to Bluetooth or cast and the shower head was really gross and grimey including entry doorway to stand up shower. Looked like a $10 Walmart showerhead with little to no water pressure. Super Mini bottles are provided for showering so definitely take your own stuff overnight. Glad I got the standard room as it would be an indicator of me going back and getting a pool included one which is neat $600. The cabinets were dusty, buttons to lights had a broken one and were in a really odd spot right where you sleep and lay your head at. Best part honestly was the front desk service she was super nice and the jacuzzi was ok. Bed sheets were decent and bed was comfortable but felt like I was sinking in some spots probably needing replacement soon too. By the time I had checked into it was late and no use of asking for change but hindsight wish I would've.
BBoboThe hotel belongs to an old chain,
Facilities: complete but a bit old, the room has a kitchen very satisfied, suitable for families with children
Hygienic: clean and tidy
Environment: convenient transportation
Service: I didn't get much contact with the service, and it was not easy to evaluate.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They asked if I wanted a specific floor and I just said somewhere quiet. They put me in a room with not a lot of people around so it was awesome to get good sleep. Breakfast was good and the coffee was always fresh. I will definitely stay again.
LLee PunkeThe greatest difficulty was checking in, as the kitchen cupboard was bare. There was no clerk, simply a note with incorrect spelling, which I deciphered and called a clerk from the Holiday Inn Express. He was helpful and explained that the hotel I was at was no longer employed there. The room was fine, but wrestling luggage up the stairs required the strength of Hercules. I managed. There was also no one there the next day, but Geraldine from the next hotel proved very helpful. I even asked her to assist me with dropping off a package at the post office, which hopefully she accomplished. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the service could certainly have been better.
