Our first time staying here. Customer service is very good. Room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was ample if you are good with continental breakfast. All areas were clean and everyone was courteous and accommodating. Hope we can return in the future.

I always choose this hotel and absolutely love it here. Needless to say I definitely will be staying here again. My children, husband and I just love it, from the pool to the beds to the gym area to the numerous lounge areas to the complementary breakfast. Which may I also say that the breakfast is amazing and they offer a huge variety of breakfast foods that all are very delicious...

We were returning to Greenport after several years. This was our first time at the Harbor Front. It reminded us of lovely past trips to Maine and Block Island. This is so much closer and such a beautiful area. We were here from Florida visiting family in Nassau county. A great time of year to be on the East end. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly .

Everything was perfect. Except I have left important samples in my room, and request them to assistsnt to send back to my home town by freight collect. but Hotel replied cannot find. It is ridiculous, that sample have put on the desk. Seem they are not checked carefully, hopefully they can check again and make it work. Ps. Amazed it was snow when leaving, excellent view

I stayed here on a business trip to Long Island and was pleased with the amenities and spaciousness of the property. There was a variety of breads at breakfast, but I would have liked to see some white bread provided.
