GGuest UserCheck-in was very smooth, no additional charges were provided, and a baby cot was provided. The address is good and there is parking 🅿. The hotel was very quiet when checking in, and the view outside the window was good. The facilities in the room were quite satisfactory. The bathroom is a bathtub + shower, and the half glass of the bathtub is fixed. When taking a bath, you need to stand in the bathtub (under the shower head) to turn on the faucet, so be careful not to get splashed by water. There are no slippers in the room (I was barefoot at the time, so I didn't ask the front desk for them). Overall good!

EEssexshakeHotel is in a good location, walking distance to most sights and monuments, and the grand mosque isn’t too far. Room and bathroom were bot good, comfortable bed so slept well. Breakfast was very nice, varied and plenty of options, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a gym and pool, but the pool was freezing and I suggest investing in some heaters for the pool so it’s accessible whenever people want. There are bars inside the hotel that serve drinks, saw a very unruly drunk guy staggering out and causing a scene. Staff are decent, forgot the names but the Asian guy at reception and the other at the front entrance, both super amazing people with great customer care and attention skills.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for two nights during a short visit to Bahrain, mainly looking for an affordable option as many hotels were quite expensive. To my surprise, this hotel turned out to be a very good choice for the price. The room was huge, with a big king bed, a nice lobby, and helpful staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
The only downsides were the bathroom, which didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the room, and the shower door had gaps that made the floor wet. The location isn’t the best, but in Bahrain it’s manageable since taxis are easy to get and distances are short.
Overall, great value for money if you’re looking for a comfortable stay without high expectations.

GGuest UserThe room was big and clean. With the hot weather, it’s multiple carpark was great! It’s basic that provided in the room but they responded fast to our request whenever we needed. Two downsides were the aircon was noisy, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall its value for money.

GGuest UserIt was one of the worst experience I have ever had what is your reservation? Was two nights. The first night water was leaking. I couldn’t sleep because of the dripping water sound and they change my room okay next day the leaking was from the toilet upstairs to my toilet it’s disgusting when I talk with them They offer me another room extra bigger room. I don’t care. It’s about disgusting stuff. I use the public toilet and I slipped that tonight in my room. It’s not pleasant tonight. It wasn’t pleasant weekend and even the balcony was fully of dove or bird ****

CChee Peng TayHousekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement.
Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door.
Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark.
Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.

TThomas ZacThis hotel is centrally located at Juffair and is a good for business travellers.The room was large enough and the amenities were good.The restaurant was good serving all kinds of cuisines and the morning breakfast was a mix of western and Arabic.
The construction work on the approach road makes the access to the hotel a bit difficult.You may not be able to walk out from the hotel due to this construction.Overall a good hotel and would return if i ever visit Bahrain again.
