Cleanliness: The accommodation and guest rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with high-standard amenities, and the building has an elevator, making it suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests with mobility issues. Service: Both the front desk staff and the dining service personnel are incredibly friendly. They even adjusted the meals to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions. I traveled with my mother, who has mobility issues and occasionally needs a wheelchair. This guesthouse came highly recommended and praised by her. The host and the receptionist are very kind and helpful. If you want to have a vacation out of town with families, this is the place that will fulfill your demands. For foreigners, you may use the app 'Gaode Dache' and choose 'Shunfengche' (carpool); the traveling fee will be cheaper than 'Dache' (taking a taxi) and more convenient.

The environment is great, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are attentive, thoughtful, and very cooperative. This will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip! The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes delicious. The dining area is also excellent!

Exceptional value for money and a truly memorable stay! We were warmly welcomed right from the start with a complimentary pickup service upon arriving in Taishan. The kids were especially delighted with the thoughtful Zongzi Festival-themed welcome gifts and the free eSIM card provided for the stay— such a nice touch! The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel’s central location is perfect, with plenty of dining and attractions just steps away. A lovely surprise was the late-night “Starry Night Banquet” buffet, where the friendly staff kindly cooked for us. The breakfast spread was equally impressive — excellent quality and variety for the price point. Special mention goes to Ronan Yan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and resourceful. He went out of his way to give us local recommendations, directions, and tips that made exploring Taishan so much easier. Overall, it was a perfect 24 hours. Highly recommended — we’d happily return!

I've stayed here many times. The hotel is nicely decorated and has great views. The room is clean and tidy. The TV can show the status of the washer and dryer. The front desk staff are professional, and there's a dedicated WeChat concierge. Parking is convenient for coming and going.

The check-in process was very efficient from start to finish. The front desk staff were well-presented and spoke kindly. They handled document verification and information entry in an orderly manner. When asked about parking, breakfast times, and directions to nearby attractions, the staff explained everything in detail without being perfunctory. The check-out process was also completed very quickly, with no delays throughout. Both the professionalism and service attitude are commendable, leaving an excellent first impression. The hotel staff were very friendly and even offered a free shuttle service to the high-speed rail station. They also provide complimentary late-night snacks (we didn't try them so I'm not sure about the variety). There are three washing machines and two dryers on the 4th floor. It's only a 10-minute walk to Changdachang, so the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also well-maintained. These are the things we really liked. What we found a bit lacking was that the frosted glass between the shower and toilet was quite transparent, allowing you to clearly see the other person. This would be inconvenient for people who are not in a close relationship sharing a room. The hotel corridors have no air conditioning at all, so it felt very hot as soon as you stepped out of the room. The swimming pool seems to be rented out to external swimming classes, so it was very crowded. Also, to get to the swimming pool and gym from the hotel, you have to pass through the lobby of the Wenhua Pavilion Hotel, and there were often people smoking in the public areas along the way.

The room layout is well-designed, and the hygiene is impeccable with no unpleasant odors. You can tell they pay attention to every detail, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. It was a perfect experience, truly worth recommending! So much fun! I'll be back next time!

Exceeded my expectations! I've stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out. The room was large and spotlessly clean, with absolutely no strange odors. When checking in, the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast for our two children. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all incredibly polite. 👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

We arrived very late as of massive traffic jams on the highway in the red rain storm. At the front desk we politely cued up to check in. When it was our turn a non polite guy squeezed in front. We told him to cue up.. and we told the male front desk staff. Neither did care. When it was our turn again, he started check us in and the phone rang, (there was now another available front desk staff) he took the phone. We got our key and asked two things: When is breakfast ? He say check the information. Then much more important, hungry kids and wife. It is 22:xx and missed dinner as of the bad weather . He say it is nothing open at that time . We say must have something to eat. Anything. We asked any store close buy to get instant noodles or so. Youngest son and me head out around all the old town and could not find anything. We went back after 40min in the rain and asked the hotel opposite. bizarre enough she told there is a 24/7 convenience store on the back of our hotel! Would have saved us to be soaking wet and hungry. Room was okay. Nothing special. Comfortable bed . Breakfast okay. Will we stay here again? No not with staffs like that.

The service was really poor. I specifically asked for a room not at the end or beginning of the hall, and they still made me argue for it, telling me to put it in the remarks next time. The pillows were too high, giving me a neck ache. The location is a bit out of the way. The room itself was okay, and everything else was fine. Parking was a hassle; I had to register at the front desk every time I wanted to go out, which was incredibly inconvenient just to grab a meal.
