Cleanliness: The accommodation and guest rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with high-standard amenities, and the building has an elevator, making it suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests with mobility issues. Service: Both the front desk staff and the dining service personnel are incredibly friendly. They even adjusted the meals to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions. I traveled with my mother, who has mobility issues and occasionally needs a wheelchair. This guesthouse came highly recommended and praised by her. The host and the receptionist are very kind and helpful. If you want to have a vacation out of town with families, this is the place that will fulfill your demands. For foreigners, you may use the app 'Gaode Dache' and choose 'Shunfengche' (carpool); the traveling fee will be cheaper than 'Dache' (taking a taxi) and more convenient.

ZziyejanMy room was on the 16th floor. The window faced the cooling towers of the surrounding buildings, and the noise and vibration at night were incredibly loud! With the window closed, it was still over 40 decibels, and with it open, it was another 10+ decibels. It was really hard to sleep at night!!! The hotel and several malls share only 3 elevators. This was very inconvenient, especially during peak hours. They provided plenty of bottled water for drinking. When checking in to the hotel, it was around 2:35 PM, which was a busy time. The wait was quite long; it took at least 20 minutes to get the room card. The room space was very small; I don't think it was as large as described. Parking was only on Basement 1, and the parking lot was huge. It shared spaces with the mall, and combined with it being a weekend and offering 4 hours of free parking, there were a lot of cars. I also saw some minor fender benders when cars were exiting. What I was quite satisfied with was the mattress; it was very comfortable. The public areas were quite comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon tea area had a pleasant environment, a wide variety of options, and good quality food. There was a fully automatic freshly ground coffee machine. The main advantage is its proximity to the mall, making shopping and dining convenient. You can add the hotel on WeChat for communication, and the service was generally satisfactory. We booked a total of 1 twin room and 4 king rooms.

Nng boonI chose this hotel based on online reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. They offer a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station, and the 7-seater car was quite comfortable. The only downside is that public transportation in Taishan is very inconvenient, which was a real challenge for us coming back from abroad. I couldn't get a taxi from Taishan Pedestrian Street and was forced to walk back to the hotel, which took 40 minutes. However, the hotel room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and they even provided a late-night snack. Both meals provided by the hotel were excellent. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work; I'll definitely stay here again on my next family visit!

On the second day of Chinese New Year, there was a lively lion dance performance at the entrance, creating a strong festive atmosphere. GGuest UserTraveling with kids this time, staying at the hotel right inside the scenic area was super convenient. We even got to visit again the next day, and it wasn't crowded for photos in the morning. The room was huge, with a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. There's a kids' playground downstairs that kept them so entertained they didn't want to come back to the room. The hotel is close to the North Gate, so it's less than a 5-minute drive to the park entrance, and parking is free. In the evenings, you can order takeout to the hotel, and they offer a complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning.

Service: The staff here are the best I've ever encountered at any scenic spot, no exaggeration! Super warm and polite, it felt like visiting someone's home and being lavishly entertained by the hosts! Chikan Ancient Town Scenic Area Adult Ticket: I highly recommend staying at least one night; accommodation also includes entrance tickets, which is an amazing deal! Excellent value for money!!!! The performances are great, and the NPC actors in Chinatown are absolutely awesome! Super dedicated!!! Everyone should go and have fun!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.
