DduyinmeiguiI randomly found a hotel on the way from Xuwen Port, and I didn't expect to be given so many surprises after entering the room. The hotel is easy to find and has an underground parking lot, but the garage is a bit messy and filled with debris. The room is big and the facilities are new. The bathroom is very clean and divided into wet and dry areas. The rooftop restaurant is very stylish and the breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, coffee and fruit. The service at the front desk during check-out was also very good. It is a very cost-effective hotel and I will stay here again next time. The little rabbit is so cute. After playing with it for a whole night, I really didn’t want to check out the next day. Of course, it would be more perfect if it were more intelligent. Haha

The hotel is conveniently located above Zhanjiang's famous food street, with McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks right downstairs. The area was lively at night, with lots of university students around. The large underground parking lot made parking a breeze.

HHaoqingdangge1This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel in Zhanjiang. I was quite frustrated because I had messed up my booking dates. However, the front desk staff were incredibly dedicated, professional, and friendly, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. I'm very grateful to her!
As for the room, I can't really compliment it – it was too small! This is a bit of a departure from the Atour hotels I've stayed in in other cities. More specifically, the restaurant staff had absolutely no sense of service; the female server had a terrible attitude. I later wondered if the restaurant might be outsourced. It really diminishes Atour's image! My wife said she wouldn't want to stay at a hotel like this again; it made her angry!

GGuest UserThis trip with kids was truly heartwarming! We arrived late, exhausted, and worried about our children getting enough rest. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing I was traveling with my child, they proactively upgraded us to a family twin room!
The room was incredibly playful, with colorful cartoon-themed decor and a small tent and toys for the kids. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in, completely forgetting their travel fatigue and having a blast. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even slippers specifically for the kids—so many thoughtful details.
From this stay, I could tell you the hotel's exceptional service and thoughtful consideration for every guest. Not only did they alleviate our worries, but they also gave our children an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with kids—it's a surefire choice! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. A little suggestion, more and more people are using new energy vehicles now. The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

GGuest UserThis is the best accommodation at the southernmost tip of mainland China. I stayed in Fangpo Village the day before, and the environment was not as beautiful as here. It is only 300 meters away from the lighthouse.
The facilities are very new, the smart devices are well received, and the bathroom supplies and bedding are very good. There is no TV in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. The food is also good and drinks are provided. The housekeeper worked very hard to prepare our dinner, thank you very much.
A small suggestion would be to have a cup of coffee in the room. Also, there are flies in the room in this season. I wonder if there is any way to improve it.
