I randomly found a hotel on the way from Xuwen Port, and I didn't expect to be given so many surprises after entering the room. The hotel is easy to find and has an underground parking lot, but the garage is a bit messy and filled with debris. The room is big and the facilities are new. The bathroom is very clean and divided into wet and dry areas. The rooftop restaurant is very stylish and the breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, coffee and fruit. The service at the front desk during check-out was also very good. It is a very cost-effective hotel and I will stay here again next time. The little rabbit is so cute. After playing with it for a whole night, I really didn’t want to check out the next day. Of course, it would be more perfect if it were more intelligent. Haha

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They upgraded me to a top-floor executive room with an amazing, unobstructed view. The hotel is conveniently located above Zhanjiang's famous food street, with McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks right downstairs. The area was lively at night, with lots of university students around. The large underground parking lot made parking a breeze.

This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel in Zhanjiang. I was quite frustrated because I had messed up my booking dates. However, the front desk staff were incredibly dedicated, professional, and friendly, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. I'm very grateful to her! As for the room, I can't really compliment it – it was too small! This is a bit of a departure from the Atour hotels I've stayed in in other cities. More specifically, the restaurant staff had absolutely no sense of service; the female server had a terrible attitude. I later wondered if the restaurant might be outsourced. It really diminishes Atour's image! My wife said she wouldn't want to stay at a hotel like this again; it made her angry!

This trip with kids was truly heartwarming! We arrived late, exhausted, and worried about our children getting enough rest. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing I was traveling with my child, they proactively upgraded us to a family twin room! The room was incredibly playful, with colorful cartoon-themed decor and a small tent and toys for the kids. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in, completely forgetting their travel fatigue and having a blast. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even slippers specifically for the kids—so many thoughtful details. From this stay, I could tell you the hotel's exceptional service and thoughtful consideration for every guest. Not only did they alleviate our worries, but they also gave our children an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with kids—it's a surefire choice! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

It's very good. A friend's wedding banquet was held here with wine. It was very convenient to stay here. The banquet was also delicious. The food in the hotel was good. The room was comfortable and the service and hygiene were in place!

Overall, I am very satisfied. It is very close to the beach. The beach is right opposite the hotel. There are many places to eat nearby. It is very convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. A little suggestion, more and more people are using new energy vehicles now. Would it be more convenient for residents if some charging piles could be installed near the hotel?

Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location: 1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient. 2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected. That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

The most luxurious hotel in Wuchuan City. The accommodation environment is good and the surrounding life is also very convenient. Next time I come to Wuchuan, I will still choose this one. The transportation is convenient and it is about 5 kilometers away from the sea.

The staffs are very warm, friendly and helpful to serve. The location of the hotel was nice. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around hotel. There is parking lot where is convenient to park and reach to hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast is very rich enough.

The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.
