"No kettle or tea in room ( you've to pay ! Even 3 star has this basic service)

No water in toilet (it's completely western style)

Usually in everywhere someone asks if we need help with luggage , here you go and take care of yourself 😆
They have different systems for naming each level , so it's like ABCD... floor before starting 1-8 , it's confusing
