Fantastic stay in Yeosu – Spacious villas and great service We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay (May 14–19, 2026) at the Marine Terrace Pool Villa. This 3-star property is perfectly located on a beautiful bay. We stayed in the Ocean 4 and Marine 4 villas; they were very spacious, featured 2 large beds, and had equipped kitchens. A real highlight was the private pool in each villa, which we could heat to 36°C—the perfect way to relax after days spent hiking and visiting temples. The only downside was that the main swimming pool wasn’t open yet during our visit. The 2 staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Communication via translation apps and gestures worked perfectly well—definitely better than our Korean! It was a pleasure to stay in such a setting; we were the only Western guests among several local Korean families. We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Yeosu!

The place is exceptionally clean, incredibly beautiful, and offers complete peace and privacy. The view and location are absolutely stunning! The facilities were incredibly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The room was spotless, and the sauna was meticulously maintained by a staff member who constantly cleaned the fixtures. It’s the first time I've seen a sauna without a single hair! The cypress wood bath in the sauna smelled wonderful and was so refreshing. I used the sauna both on the evening of my arrival and the next morning – I wish there was a discount for repeat use! After the sauna, there are massage chairs on the same floor with an ocean view, and best of all, they're free! I lost count of how many times I used them. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Some reviews mentioned a lack of variety, but I found it to be very substantial. They had Yeosu specialties like *gat-kimchi* and *gejang* (marinated crabs), along with other local dishes, and everything was delicious without being overly seasoned. It really made me feel like I was truly in Yeosu. Overall, the service was excellent. When I called the front desk about food waste from my late-night snack, they promptly came to collect it. And at checkout, I even received a cute cookie! Staying at Hidden Bay reminded me of some regional hotels in Japan. It truly feels like a hotel firmly rooted in local character. Thanks to this, I had a truly wonderful and relaxing time, and I'll definitely be back when I visit Yeosu again. (This is a genuine review from my own pocket!)

This was one of our favorite stays in Korea. It is a very well-maintained Hanoi with the loveliest family running it. The room was very clean and there is a beautiful garden to enjoy (the garden is shared with the owners). Our hosts were very kind, friendly and nice - they drove us to the tea plantation and after we checked out, to the train station. We also had a delicious and healthy homemade breakfast which we enjoyed very much. Hosts were always there to help but were not intrusive. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you for your hospitality and we hope to come back again.

I went on a 2-day business trip to Utop Marina Hotel in Yeosu, and it was such a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a free cocktail and a complimentary yacht tour, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the marina was beautiful, and everything was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips!

Great! I loved that it has a laundry machine in the room (no dryer or drying rack, tho). And it also has an induction stove (but no cutlery or any pot or pan or dish, haha). It doesn't have iron nor fabric refreshner but that's common for Korean hotels. Tho I listed things they don't have, they have amazing view, great clean crisp bed, great café at the lobby, a zip line (discounted for guests), and an infinity pool (can be used with a bit of fee).

I think it's a really good place except for a really long distance. First of all, the view of the sea in my room was so good, and the view was really a must anywhere. Especially the sunset is really beautiful, so I think almost all the guests came out to see the sunset ^^ It's a pity that there is no other place around this dormitory It's not suitable to eat, so it's better to use a convenience store or buy something in the hotel or at all.

There was no big problem with transportation and transportation, and the staff were all friendly and the rooms were spacious and well organized, so I was able to stay comfortably. This is a hotel I would like to visit again if I visit Gwangju next time.

We stayed at La Terrasse during our trip to Yeosu with the kids, and it exceeded our expectations! 😊 First off, the view was absolutely amazing, right by the sea. The scenery of the Yeosu ocean from our accommodation was so beautiful, especially in the evenings when the atmosphere was even better. The kids' favorite part was, of course, the pool! They had a blast playing in the water, and then relaxing at the resort made it perfect for a family trip. The area around the pool was also beautifully designed for photos, so we took lots of pictures 📸. The room itself was clean and comfortable for our family. Most importantly, it was great to spend time swimming and relaxing within the resort, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with children. If you're looking to relax by the sea in Yeosu, swim, and have a comfortable time with your kids, this place is definitely worth checking out 💙. I'd probably stay here again if I visit Yeosu in the future!

I like cleanliness and places. The clear air fell away from the big city and became healing.
