Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

The service is very pleasant. The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The menu is the same. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Perhaps due to the off-season, the hotel is very cost-effective, including three meals. The quality of the meals far exceeded expectations. The facilities are a bit old, and although the staff is not enthusiastic, they are very efficient.

We went to the hotel reception that evening to extend our reservation for one more day, with the option of changing rooms due to the water continuing to drip from the ceiling and another water leak from the toilet sprayer! The price for one night that the receptionist quoted us was significantly higher than that offered by any other booking site!!!! In the end, we decided to confirm a reservation on Trip.com, which offered us the best price. In the morning, when we went to reception to extend our stay, a receptionist demanded payment of the tourist tax. But since I read on a hotel notice that the tax is reduced to 3 DT for North Africans (instead of 12 DT charged to non-North Africans), I immediately asked why I was charged 12 DT/night for the two nights we spent at the hotel?!! The two morning receptionists asked me if I had presented my passport (indeed, I did, and I even mentioned it on the form I filled out upon arrival!). They told me they would look into what had happened and get back to me. But nothing happened!!!! And yet we ran into them several times!!! Not even a ”Goodbye” when we handed over the keys!!!!!!!! An agent finally came after dinner to fix the water leaks we had already reported. So, we stayed in the same room. Housekeeping is provided daily, and since the room was kept clean, we only requested a towel change during our entire stay. Pool and beach towels are available for collection with a deposit of 20 DT per person once the towel is returned. This is not a beachfront hotel, which is a disadvantage for the hotel. The beach, which they call private, is far from the hotel. Personally, I don't find it convenient for someone looking for direct beach access. Knowing that during a meal, a guest (all-inclusive package) is entitled to one bottle of water, two glasses of wine, and two glasses of soda. This is what was explained to us at reception when we arrived. Personally, I've always kindly asked for my second glass of soda during meals (it's the quota set by reception, and I never drink wine, so!!!!) In this regard, at the restaurant, during meals on the third day of our stay, a noticeable change was noted in the way drinks were served!!!!!! Sodas are no longer served in the same (water) glasses that were used during our first two days!!! The soda glasses have been changed!!!! They're significantly small!! And the best part is, they add ice cubes, unlike before (LOL)!!!!! See the sizes in photos after pouring the soda from the new glass into the old glass, and also the quantity of ice cubes!!! That's not how you're going to reduce the bill, Mr. Restaurant Manager!!!!!! For a profitable and, above all, sustainable hotel, it's essential to properly train and involve servers, inform guests, and insist on reducing waste, if possible, or eliminating it completely... With a big smile, of course (that's what was missing most in your service!!!). We'll come back, perhaps, another time! , but it would be mainly for the Adults Only aspect of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms (Bravooo to the housekeeping staff who promote your brand...).

Good experience in general. It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city. Pillows were comfortable. Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m. As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach). Although room service had been done every day, it's hard to say that we got an impression that our room was clean. Also worth mentioning a night bar in the next hotel: one night very loud music played until midnight, and we heard it very well from floor 4 with the balcony doors closed. We didn't face a lot of problems in low season, but I'd say the parking looks a little bit small given the hotel is full.

Excellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .

Marina Palace is very nice hotel ,clean and beautifull design.it provide good service and you are have access many facilities .the hotel located near center city and markets.And also very nice foods
