NNickyTake a taxi from Izmir Airport to the hotel for about 25 lira. The staff at the counter was very kind and friendly. Even if it was 1 a.m. on arrival, the check-in was as smooth and fast, and I was allowed to check out 2 hours late the next day. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only flaw is the breakfast. There is not much variety, just the average Turkish breakfast.

GGuest UserAlthough it’s an old hotel, it’s clean and offers good service. Close to public transportation. Everyone from the hotel is helpful and can speak english except for the man from the reception I spoke with when leaving the hotel (his English is poorer than the rest). I trusted the hotel and asked him to call a taxi for airport. He told me it’s safe to use the taxi company that works with the hotel. Unfortunately, the taxi driver still took the longer route just to make more money from tourists. What a shame! The hotel should have taken better care of its guests.

The chic design and prime location put you within walking distance of the seaside promenade and shopping districts. **Service was a standout**—the valet parking was a lifesaver in the busy city. Breakfast had limited options but featured fresh local cheeses and decent coffee. That said, **prices are slightly higher than neighboring hotels**, making it better suited for travelers prioritizing style. A minor hiccup occurred on the first night when our room suddenly lost power, and switching rooms took some time, though the staff promptly upgraded us as compensation. If you can overlook these glitches, it’s a stylish base for exploring Izmir!

GGuest UserThe room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

GGuest UserHotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out.
Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.

LLilysisterThis was the worst hotel choice of my trip to Turkey. The biggest problem was the strong odor in the room; the bathroom was smelly, and the room had a different kind of odor altogether. Because there were no screens, a large fly got in when I opened the window for ventilation. Looking down from the window, I saw many garbage cans piled up below, no wonder there were flies. The view of the pine trees in the church garden opposite the window was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it turned out like this. People sensitive to smells should be very careful, and I hope the hotel can improve this situation promptly.

The water DOES have a weird smell to it sometimes but i don't think it has anything to with the hotel, it's just Izmir... I've stayed at many hotels in the area and even though the breakfast of anemon is not the best it's still more than enough and if i compare every aspect collectively this hotel was the best experience

If sensitive to traffic request a room facing away from the Main Street as windows aren’t the most noise cancelling. Great luggage store and free off street valet parking. Good breakfast selection nice and helpful employee’s.

SSahaThe reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.
