"It was a very nice and incredibly clean hotel. The service was perfect, the facilities were perfect, and the team/staff were very helpful. I'm really impressed by the cleanliness, which is something you rarely see in hotels. We felt incredibly comfortable. The location is also very central and easily accessible on foot. If we were to go again, it would definitely be Ontur."

GGuest UserAlthough it’s an old hotel, it’s clean and offers good service. Close to public transportation. Everyone from the hotel is helpful and can speak english except for the man from the reception I spoke with when leaving the hotel (his English is poorer than the rest). I trusted the hotel and asked him to call a taxi for airport. He told me it’s safe to use the taxi company that works with the hotel. Unfortunately, the taxi driver still took the longer route just to make more money from tourists. What a shame! The hotel should have taken better care of its guests.

GGuest UserBooked a family room, the room is large, modernly decorated, breakfast is rich, except a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. Across the road is the seaside, lucky to see the sunset of the Aegean Sea, but the room can not see the sea.

HHAKAN A.My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in was very quick. They gave us excellent directions to our room. Our room had a sea view, and the hotel truly offers a magnificent view. It was genuinely a non-smoking room, which was important to us as neither my wife nor I smoke. We had messaged them after booking, and they arranged it accordingly. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was served with a sea view. We were very pleased with how friendly all the hotel staff we encountered were. The location is incredibly beautiful. If we ever find ourselves in Izmir again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

GGuest UserHotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out.
Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.

Aaki_524The room was spacious; three people shared a suite. It had a coffee capsule machine, and the breakfast was plentiful, but milk wasn't provided. When we asked the staff, they said it wasn't available. It was provided on the first day but not on the second. The restaurant staff were very prompt in clearing away dishes. The hotel's location is also excellent; there are bus routes 121 or 253 right outside that go to the airport.

GGuest UserGreat stay, very comfortable and clean, it's obvious that it's an older hotel but looks to be well taken care of. The water DOES have a weird smell to it sometimes but i don't think it has anything to with the hotel, it's just Izmir... I've stayed at many hotels in the area and even though the breakfast of anemon is not the best it's still more than enough and if i compare every aspect collectively this hotel was the best experience

GGuest UserExcellent location close to the centre, big rooms with a huge bed, very comfy and good quality. If sensitive to traffic request a room facing away from the Main Street as windows aren’t the most noise cancelling. Great luggage store and free off street valet parking. Good breakfast selection nice and helpful employee’s.

SSahaThe reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.
