"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"Initial thoughts were apprehensive as we walked through the fish market but as soon as we turned the corner there was no smell at all. Very handy to all shopping. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with rooms upstairs fronting a balcony that you can sit on and watch the inner courtyard. Lovely ambient non-intrusive music during the day with a live three piece band playing in the evening. Again we did not find the music intrusive. Staff were very professional and obliging. Would definitely stay here again. An easy and flat 15 minute walk to train station and an easy flat walk to Konak pier and clock tower.Basmane train station takes you right to the airport train station in approx half an hour then it is just up the escalator and turn right for a minute or so."

"The hotel is in a good location, just out of the Aegean Sea. There are also a lot of restaurants and shopping places around the street. Hotel health is actually no problem, but the toilet has a smell, sleep can also smell, the equipment is a bit old, but it is very good, is a star hotel. Right, there is no parking lot. But there are paid parking spaces next to it, 12 hours and 8 liras, very cheap."

"An amazing and comfortable hotel right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly professional; a huge thanks to the reception team – they were polite and explained everything clearly. We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed, the bedding was very comfortable and warm. The toiletries were beyond excellent. The spa is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the services there. I had a peel and a massage, and the lady from Bali did an amazing job. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. The rooftop restaurant was also great – tasty and diverse! They even had sushi. Overall, the hotel chain definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel has its own parking for 10 euros per day."

"We booked for a 4-night stay. For the last two nights, the hotel hosted a loud party in the garden with speakers blaring from early evening until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel did not inform us beforehand that there would be a late-night party. Additionally, after checking in, I informed a staff member named Mr. Doza that I needed extra bed sheets and blankets. He told me to go to my room and dial 0 myself. It took three attempts for someone to finally take my request, and then the housekeeping never brought anything. I had to inform another staff member. While it wasn't a huge mistake, this is certainly not the service one expects from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The concierge was excellent and helped us plan our itinerary for all three days. Many thanks!"
