GGuest UserExcelent resort. The resort is offering breathtaking views, pristine private beaches, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options. Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

RRyanYiVery professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.  Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.  The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari.  They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool. Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.  If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.  Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.  Ryan

Ggibo_27Aqua Boracay really has a luxurious feel - it’s aesthetic design and white-themed buildings really looks elegant and cool at the same time! It is located in Bulabog and has a direct access to the Bulabog beach area. It is more peaceful in this beach than the main white beach. It is not too far also from white beach, they have free shuttle every hour going to Dmall. The hotel room we booked (junior suite) is very spacious, clean and has a relaxing feel. It comes with a very spacious living room and dining area. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The comfort room comes with a bath tub which looks luxurious. The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly and accommodating! Breakfast is buffet style. The food is delicous and it comes with a wide variety of dishes. There are two pools in the hotel, both of which are very nice. We really enjoyed out stay! Will surely recommend this to our friends.

MMushroommogumoguThe second time I stayed at Exploration. It is a worry-free choice to stay at Exploration in Boracay. It is located in S1, which is relatively quiet, the beach quality is also good, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off. In addition, the attitude of every service staff I met is super nice~ Although the swimming pool is not big, there is a hot spring pool next to it, and it is still very comfortable to soak in it; there are not many types of breakfast, and the more popular dishes are not available if you go too late; the room is quite large, but if you are sensitive to light, remember to bring an eye mask, because the room uses roller blinds, which do not block light and leak light seriously, so you don’t sleep well, and you are very tired when you go to bed late and wake up early. The shower water pressure is sufficient, which is great~ After all, it is important to take a comfortable hot bath. If the room can be replaced with blackout curtains, I think I will choose Exploration again when I go to Boracay next time.
