"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."

"The room was badly clean, A/C worked poorly, barely could cool the room. WiFi doesn’t reach the room. The net connection was also poor inside the room. The shower was ok, hot water, but things were falling apart (handlers) They don’t provide toothbrushes or water bottles in the room. Although, they provide lemonade at the lobby when you checking in. Also the hotel has a beach (with plastic chairs) and they give you beach towels which is good."

"We didn't regret choosing this hotel for our honeymoon. The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were magnificent with a sea view. The infinity pool was a special luxury. The beach near the hotel is well-maintained with beautiful palm trees; we could compare it with neighboring hotels while walking along the shore. There are massage services and shops close to the hotel. The room itself is spacious, and the cleaning service is good. Overall, I recommend this hotel. We took the hotel transfer to and from the airport. We were met and quickly taken by speedboat, and our luggage was carried for us."

"The location is great, but the overall stay could be better. Firstly, in our room it says ”two full beds”, but it's not full, as 2 people can hardly sleep together on one bed. Also we didn't like the rule about the sunbeds, that people came to the beach at 6-7 am, put the towel and then left for many hours, and the sunbeds will be ”reserved” for them. At some point, there were no available sunbeds with no people on occupied ones. Staff is helpful, they're trying to solve everything, but in the end, some rules have to be changed in order to improve the service. Also, for the cleaning, you need to request every time for it, and if you didn't request, there will be no cleaning. Seaside restaurant and bar sofas are good, but also can be reserved with no people sitting there."

"there’s honestly nothing to complain about with this hotel. everything was amazing from the room to the staff and the overall experience. we also had so much fun at the foam party it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! they even surprised my boyfriend with a complimentary birthday setup which was such a thoughtful touch. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. 🫶🏻"

"The location is great, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, I did have cockroaches at night, but perhaps unsurprising given the setting. The reception staff could be more attentive, I felt ignored while they chatted among themselves. The hotel is also right next to the boat tour meeting point. I’d seen this in other reviews and thought it would be fine, but in reality people are constantly using sunbeds sitting down right next to you or standing in front of you, which gets really annoying. I also felt too uneasy to go into the sea and leave my belongings unattended. Otherwise it’s so nice when they aren’t there."

"We chose a transfer from airport through ferry port and onto hotel, whilst it was and did bypass certain obstacles i wasn't left feeling it was anything special. On arrival promptly told they needed a big deposit for room and listed all the dos and don't which will result in the loss of it. Then we found major building work was going on next door and overlooking the roof got infinity pool. No bar, buffet dinning which was normally cold and just waiting for a food pointing case. Overall, no I would not go back."

"Although it's not on the White Beach side that tourists prefer, the location is great on Boracay Beach, and it's breezy and cool. The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I really like it and will definitely come back again~"

"We had a pleasant stay at Zuzuni Hotel. Its location is very convenient, close to the beach and nearby dining spots. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there is room for some improvement, overall it was a satisfactory experience."
