"Pros: Excellent location right by S3 beach; most staff were good, and service was decent. Facilities are a bit old but fully functional.
Cons: Room amenities are dated, and the door was loose. Breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was average. Housekeeping was sometimes superficial; they occasionally didn't change the sheets or replenish toothbrushes, and there were no slippers in the room.
Overall, a good experience and great value for money!"

"Everything was great. We had a family suite with 2 rooms, 2 showers, a kitchen-living room with a table, and a veranda where you could sit. Since there were two showers in the room, we never had any issues with waiting turns))). The location is excellent, you can walk to D'Mall. Yes, it might not be beachfront, but considering that stations 2-3 were often crowded, we always ended up leaving anyway. Breakfasts were decent; you could always find something to eat. No pastries, but they had watermelon, papaya, and bananas for fruit."

GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

KKonstantinSUThis is a great hotel – new, stylish, with lovely and friendly staff always ready to help. The reception area smells wonderful (Mancera Instant Crush). Our room had everything we needed, even two sinks. The view from the room wasn't great, but the rooftop offers fantastic views of both the sunsets and the beach. There's a pool on the top floor where you can also get towels. If you need beach towels, just tell them your room number, and they'll hand them to you on the right as you exit the hotel. We weren't entirely impressed with the breakfast; the selection of main dishes was quite modest, but there was an abundance of pastries.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

Just a short stroll to beachfront and could use sister property beach lounges added bonus. Quiet location no traffic or beachfront noise. Breakfast choices good but struggled find vegetarian options. Only issue was smokers allowed in corner locations of hotel corridors and it smelled smoky to and from our non smoking room would recommend separate space away from guests so as not to impact.

My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
