"這是一間中古風、位在古舊城區主要幹道的民宿，的士沒法駛進來，但是拖行李走路大概10分鐘內也能到達，中庭很漂亮。剛好住在最頂樓，所以陽光採光不錯，但是房間偏細，選的是一房廳，廳有梳化床。冷氣模式只能夠是間中出風間中暫停，可能是我們不會調，不知道，但總體來說冷氣運作正常；剛好來到的第一天發現廚房的鋅盤漏水，聯絡客服也有立即回覆，在第二天早上有立刻派水管人員來維修，亦能根據我們希望的時段過來，最後亦能順利處理好，十分有效率，唯一不足的是廁所去水渠的味道十分大，以致廁所味道很難聞，必須經常開門通風。不過房價對比同其他民宿稍貴。"

"Beautiful accommodation which is centrally located in a stunning building with super friendly staff. We felt right at home from the start. A very relaxed vibe. Walking distance to all the attractions and lovely restaurants. The room was very comfortable. The only issue (which may be personal) was that the pillows were cheap and too soft - would suggest the hotel invest in good quality pillows or provide a pillow menu to the guests. Otherwise top notch accommodation!"

GGuest UserThe room is very tidy. The staff is very nice. We have found some insects in the room at first night but staff help us change the room quickly. The location is good and near the station. The overall experience is wonderful. Will choose this hotel brand again in the future

MMarrisaThe hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

GGuest UserLocation is perfect, around 10mins to Santa Justa train station, there is a huge Carrefour 5mins away, and an El Corto Ingles Department Store just opposite, which is a must homegrown brand anyone coming to Spain for the first time should pay a visi, so you can easily do some shopping. Overall it's a really well maintained hotel. Very new, very modern, design is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious with good functional design, sockets by bedside. Breakfast selection is great, though some changes throughout the week would have been nice. Their choice of sausage is a bit of a let down, but no matter. Also strange enough no beverage at all in room besides what's in the minibar. Some teabags and powdered coffee would be much appreciated. Also no toiletries as well.

BBowie WSevi is so beautiful, and this hotel is especially beautiful. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the most impressive one. It is surrounded by pavilions and fountains, and there is a large bathtub in the room. It is elegant and simple but not old, and the experience is great.

MM JacintoThe hotel was a surprise. Great bedroom, good mattress, and pillows, everything looks new inside. The common areas need a refresh, a renew. The cleaning service works very well. The hotel have the kindness to take notice of the guest's birthday and left a gift on the bedroom which is always a plus. The location is very good with bus, train, tram, and subway on the other side of the street.
It was a pity that the garage doesn´t belong to the hotel and the price is higher than other parks on the neighborhood. A lower parking price with an electric vehicle charging point would raise the hotel to another level.
We strongly recommend it!

Of the minuses, the pool is very small and shallow, there are not enough sunbeds and towels, and windows in rooms without sound insulation

GGuest UserQuite a pleasant stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable. However, I found the welcome from the staff to be rather cold, as was the architecture of the ground floor, which lacks light and lacks a warm atmosphere (architecture, decor, or sound). The hotel's strong point is the pool, but the poolside area with the loungers is very small and crowded. I also couldn't access the pool on my last day after returning my room key.
The location isn't very convenient; you have to take the bus to get to the center.

TTiantangjiejiaoThe location is a bit far, but it seems like there's a bus stop right outside, and a stadium next door. It's also right by a large shopping center with a Carrefour downstairs, all reachable within 5 minutes. There's also a fantastic, super value-for-money Argentinian steakhouse nearby.
The room is small but perfectly adequate. The sofa bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a nice touch. You do have to go up one floor to get to the room, but otherwise, everything was great. We only stayed two nights; despite being street-facing, it was very quiet. Satisfied.

TTravel for funIt’s quite dirty in the floor. You could tell they didn’t clean up the floor and the bathroom which is very disappointed. There are full of utilities in the room like dish washer, washing machine. However, there are no instruction on how to use the machines and the staff isn’t really know how to use it either.
