The room is spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is also very rich. There are snacks and fast food available for purchase in the lobby. However, the only thing is that the hotel feels older and the air in the room is a bit stuffy and the ventilation is not very good.

This hotel is about 10 minutes’ drive from the University of North Texas by UBER. If you are on a business trip to UNT, staying in this hotel is very cost-effective. There are large supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping nearby, and there is a Panda restaurant nearby, as well as Vietnamese restaurants, Mexican restaurants, McDonald’s, steak restaurants, etc., all within walking distance.

The maids tried to come in 30 min before check out and the girl at the desk when checked in wasn't the most welcoming but the room itself was the cleanest I've been in in a long time and I often stay at nicer hotels. Everything was very nice and comfortable, I will be back again.

Generally comfortable hotel, breakfast is served every day, but the style is the same every day, if you can change the food, in addition, there are more flies in the hotel in summer, it is recommended to pay attention. So far service staff is very friendly.

The room was quite clean as a whole and the room had a microwave. The environment is not bad, but it is a bit far from the convenience store around. It is recommended to rent a car. The service is not bad, cleaned once every two days, but there is no disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, etc. The laundry facilities have two knives at a time, and the drying is also two knives. If you don't bring your own laundry detergent, the disposable laundry bag is a 1.25 knife. These all need to be paid for by 25 cents. Breakfast can be said to deal with a bite, can you still expect white rice to be very rich?

Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7
