Please review our policies to avoid penalties: No Parties or Unapproved Guests: Strict $1,000 fine and immediate eviction for unauthorized parties or gatherings. Visitors must be approved prior to arrival. Additional unlisted overnight guests are charged at $150/guest/night. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, pipes, vaping) inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violators will face a minimum $250 fee. We provide a cigarette disposal container outside the front door. Pet Policy (Dogs Only): Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 60 lbs total, unless approved). To keep cleaning fees manageable, pets must stay off all furniture and beds. An extra cleaning fee of $80/hour applies if excess pet hair is left behind. No cats allowed due to severe allergies. Excessive Cleaning Fee: Please treat our home with respect. Messes requiring extra attention are billed at $80/hour. Winter Travel Advisory: Driveway is steep and winding.
