Plano Hotels with Pools

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

My favorite hotel in the area. Very large rooms. Smart tv. Actually included both fridge and microwave in all rooms

The elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

The hotel is located on the north side of the highway, with no direct neighboring buildings apart from other hotels nearby. There are quite a few restaurants diagonally across the road. Although it's only a few hundred meters in a straight line, you need to drive around to get there. The hotel staff were very nice and patient. Breakfast was typical American, with no vegetables, but still acceptable. The only downside was the air conditioning; it was very old and noisy, sounding like an engine when running, which affected sleep at night.

The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, there is a hot breakfast, there are many choices, the price is reasonable, and the business trip choice is more suitable. The front desk and health service staff are very good.

The room is very large, with refrigerators, induction cookers, microwave ovens, various cookers, etc., which is convenient for guests to cook by themselves; early breakfast is also very rich, milk, coffee, various pastries, the most like meat patties and fruits. Cost-effective!

The room originally assigned to us smelled mold-ish. We asked for a different room. But the lady at the front desk told me they don't typically allow room switching. It is weird since we just checked in like 2 minutes.

The hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

The price-performance ratio is not high, it is a bit expensive; Facilities: relatively new, no comment; Sanitation: average, needs to be improved; Environment: large rural area, relatively remote; Service: OK, the service attitude is not bad, but the actions are still unpleasant.

There was no bathroom privacy, the wall does not cover the top of the bathroom so if you need to diarrhea,every one heard it, bad lighting, and not so great people staying in this hotel. The pictures do not look like the actual room. I was in a 2bed queen. Very small. Bad plumbing, toilet ran and was loud. This picture is what I saw at the front desk when we walked in.
