"My travel plans kept changing, so I booked day-by-day to avoid having my entire trip cancelled. I booked a standard room the day before, but due to a booking error, I ended up with a 'Seventy Room' today and needed to switch. In the morning, I specifically requested a twin room at check-in, and the front desk agreed. When I returned in the evening, I found it was still a single king-size bed room. I talked to the front desk, and they informed me that all rooms were booked, and they couldn't switch me to a twin. Actually, a king-size bed is just two smaller beds pushed together, so all they needed to do was change the bedding to accommodate us. However, the hotel's handling of the situation was very rigid, so I'm deducting points for service. There's no real difference between the 'Seventy Room' and the standard room, so it's not worth paying extra for it."
