"I really liked the hotel; it's a full 5-star experience. My expectations matched the reality perfectly. We booked a room with hot springs and were very satisfied. There were two of us, staying for one night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds – it was enough for us. The pool water was cold, though. Our room was on the 30th floor. The picture shows dinner, which we ordered to the room. The only issue was that we weren't given the hot spring voucher right away, and we had to sort it out the next morning to confirm they were included with our 'room' – initially, they tried to charge us for them. With the two complimentary tokens, I bought a mug as a souvenir."

"Great value for money! Even though we arrived at noon and it was too hot to find a place to eat, so we ordered takeout, there are food carts selling snacks nearby in the evening. Their pool is also pretty good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. They even provide towels near the front desk for use after swimming. You'll need to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. We booked two rooms; while breakfast wasn't included, they gave us 400🐷 in vouchers to use at the restaurant, which felt like getting breakfast anyway. The staff, especially one lady, was very friendly and spoke pretty good Chinese! There's a gym on the second floor, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We went shopping at Terminal 21 and also tried the seafood buffet recommended by a friend for 289🐷, which was good. Overall, it was a decent experience. The only minor thing is that the bed could be a little lower! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and close to several number shows and the Tiffany Show. We also went across the street for an hour-long massage at Healthy Massage. We'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!"

The hotel has two buildings, and the pool is absolutely fantastic – huge, perfect for swimming whether it's sunny or not, and there's a splash area for kids too. Breakfast is also great!!"

"Pros: Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth. The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach. Cons: The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room. Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal."

"I have to say, this was a truly memorable birthday trip for my wife. We were told check-in was at 3 PM and we were able to check in exactly at that time. I love that we got a full 24-hour stay. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and had a nice sitting area. The jacuzzi tub was huge! The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Another thing I liked was that we could eat until 11 AM. I'll definitely consider staying at another U Hotels property if I have the chance."

"Great hotel location, right next to a market and Terminal 21 shopping mall. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The grounds are very green, constantly being tidied up and cleaned. There's also a bar and cafe on site. The pool is clean and deep, up to 3 meters. Breakfasts are decent, there's always something to eat, but ants are constantly crawling around, something needs to be done about that. The rooms are so-so, there's a strong musty smell, the plumbing is run down, and there's a lot of noise transfer. Overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Good value for money 👌🏼"

"This hotel is great! Let's start with the fact that they allowed us to check in earlier than 2 PM. The first impression was the huge beds, soft mattresses, and a fantastic bathroom! The room was clean, and came with bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. There's even a smart toilet. The view from the window is amazing!!! You get the same view from the gym and the pool. It's next to Terminal 21, and Central Marina is visible from the exit, as is Big C. The pool on the 27th floor was empty in the morning, all the sun loungers were free, and they provide large towels. On the 24th floor, there were already families with children. The gym was also empty in the evening and after lunch. The staff are attentive and friendly. The only thing I could fault is the expensive breakfast. We had booked a room without breakfast."

"I stayed at two hotels in Pattaya this trip, and first up is the Holiday Inn. I stayed there over ten years ago, so my memory is a bit hazy, but I recall the breakfast restaurant being on the second floor. This time, I booked a Beach View Deluxe room, just like the Hilton I stayed at afterwards. There's a restaurant downstairs at the Holiday Inn, and breakfast was decent. You'll need to walk a bit to get to the massage parlors and shopping malls nearby. For me, the bed was a bit too firm. At night, there was some traffic noise, but overall, it's a relatively quiet area, suitable for families with kids. The pool is a standard rectangular shape; I didn't go for a swim but observed it from my room upstairs. The amenities aren't as good as the Hilton, but then again, it's also cheaper."
