Enjoying cool drinks while listening to music by the poolside creates a wonderful atmosphere. What's more, this hotel is pet-friendly, so you can bring your dogs and cats!"

"This hotel is truly beautiful; the tree-lined path and the beach sunset were incredibly healing. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant for two days, and the food was delicious! In the morning, we rented bicycles and rode along the beach to a nearby village. There was a very lively morning market, and we even encountered monks from a temple performing alms-giving in the village. There's also a 7-Eleven in the village for supplies. Although it's far from the city center, staying here makes it convenient to visit Koh Same San and Koh Samet, which you can plan into your itinerary. The hotel itself is quite small with not much to do! The biggest drawback: unstable water pressure. After snorkeling in the afternoon, there was almost no hot water! We could only manage a quick rinse. After filling the bathtub on the balcony, the bottom was full of sand. I'm not sure if it came from the pipes or somewhere else..."

"This hotel is great! Let's start with the fact that they allowed us to check in earlier than 2 PM. The first impression was the huge beds, soft mattresses, and a fantastic bathroom! The room was clean, and came with bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. There's even a smart toilet. The view from the window is amazing!!! You get the same view from the gym and the pool. It's next to Terminal 21, and Central Marina is visible from the exit, as is Big C. The pool on the 27th floor was empty in the morning, all the sun loungers were free, and they provide large towels. On the 24th floor, there were already families with children. The gym was also empty in the evening and after lunch. The staff are attentive and friendly. The only thing I could fault is the expensive breakfast. We had booked a room without breakfast."

The hotel is a low-rise property surrounded by lush greenery, which makes the environment feel very calm and refreshing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, not far from the elevator. It was very quiet and comfortable for resting. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful with several areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was definitely worth it, just like many reviews mentioned. The shrimp were very large and tasty. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. The hotel also prepared a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We really appreciate the hotel for making our stay even more special."

"The accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough for both kids and adults to enjoy. Ordering takeout food was convenient, with staff available to guide delivery right to the hotel entrance. Our whole family had a wonderful time; it was truly comfortable and relaxing."

"This hotel will appeal to those who appreciate things with history, good service, and excellent cuisine. What I liked: 1) Excellent location. It's close to a large 'Lotus's' supermarket and the 'Terminal 21 Pattaya' shopping mall. 2) The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The noise of the resort city doesn't reach the hotel grounds. 3) The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and order. All staff are incredibly responsive, and each employee goes out of their way to help resolve minor issues that may arise during your stay. 4) I really enjoyed the hotel's cuisine. We happily had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. I recommend attending the gala dinner, which takes place on Saturdays. It's a very delicious and beautifully presented event. 5) I was very pleased with the ability to use the pool until 10:00 PM. It's a great pleasure to swim under the stars. What could be improved: 1) There are no umbrellas in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, especially with frequent and heavy rain, having an umbrella is a necessity. 2) The system for replacing beach towels is very inconvenient. To get a fresh beach towel, you have to leave the old one in your room, and the housekeeper will replace it during cleaning. This means it's very difficult to change towels while you're at the beach or by the pool. It would be much more convenient if replacements were available throughout the day, for example, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at a designated spot by the pool."

"For this trip to Pattaya, my friends and I wanted a quiet, more private environment, so we chose this hotel located on Jomtien Beach. We experienced hotel service that exceeded our expectations! Every staff member at the front desk was so patient and tried their best to accommodate our requests (side note: the hotel's little sweet drinks are really delicious); what I remember most vividly is the uncle who drove us from the lobby to our rooms. He was warm and friendly, and since we booked two rooms, we often went back and forth between them. Every time the uncle came to pick us up, he greeted us with a smile, and his driving skills were excellent. Although it was a bit of a shame that he wasn't working on the day we left, so we couldn't say goodbye in person, I definitely have to give him a big thumbs up here! Finally, about the hotel's environment – it's truly perfect for a vacation. Waking up and walking to breakfast, sitting by the sea, accompanied by the sound of the waves, that moment was pure bliss and joy brought by nature, where I could clear my mind and not have to think about anything; the breakfast was also very rich, and the fried chicken was so good 🤤. Even though I'm back home now, the three days we spent at this hotel still leave a lasting impression on my friend and me. It was a great start to our Thailand trip."

"The hotel is in great location also near the night market. We stayed here for one night the booking including water park ticket. I would say perfect Holiday for chill and relax nearby had amusement park. We got upgraded from superior tower wing to bungalow and the bungalow have the amenities only 2 bottles of water, 2 shower cap and 2 shower gel and 2 shampoo also 2 small and 2 big towels. The room quite old and the area of this hotel quite old. When you are check in need to deposit 1,000 THB for the card and when you check out will get the money back."

"My daughter and I stayed in room 510 for 4 days. Unfortunately, our overall impression of the hotel was rather negative. The room is on the third floor. Directly opposite our balcony, there was a smoking area downstairs, so all the cigarette smoke drifted straight into our room. This was very unpleasant for non-smokers. I reported this to the reception the next day – they offered to move us, but since we only had one day left, we decided not to change rooms. Moreover, right after checking in, we found someone else's hair in the bathroom. This was particularly off-putting for us, and my daughter was so disgusted that she avoided using the bathroom and couldn't properly shower afterward. The room has a view of the pool, but it's almost entirely obstructed by trees. On one hand, this was a plus as it meant less noise. But on the other hand, the room faces the road, and the gaps under the door are quite large, so street noise was clearly audible. The hotel itself is quite old and definitely needs renovation. During our stay, they started renovating bathrooms in other rooms on our floor, so there was a lot of noise from around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I also want to mention the neighbors. Some Russian guests in the next room brought a speaker onto their balcony around 10:00 PM and started playing music, even though we had already gone to bed. I went out and asked them to be considerate of other guests. Thankfully, they reacted well – they immediately turned off the music, and it became quiet. Another unpleasant detail was the sewage smell when we stepped out onto the balcony. The breakfasts were very basic. An adult could find something to eat, but there was hardly anything suitable for a child. The fruits available were watermelon, papaya, and pineapple. We chose this hotel at my daughter's request because she likes the pools at Green Park Hotel. The stay there was more expensive, so we opted for Sunshine Garden Resort since guests are allowed to use their pools. The pools were indeed the main highlight for my daughter. The hotel's location is excellent: step outside, and you're practically at Terminal 21. However, this is more of an advantage for those who enjoy shopping malls and bustling areas. We tend to stay for longer periods and, on the contrary, value peace and quiet. In conclusion: for a short trip and at a low price, this might be an acceptable option for some, especially because of the pools and location. But for us personally, the hotel was below average. We have no desire to return here next time."
